you get the best placement if you are in Metal department avg placement is around 7-8 LPA and highest you can get around 10 LPA and Tata steel vedanta and a lot of big companies visit every year and in Metallurgy it's more than 90% of placement I am hoping same for me and placement is also increasing every year.

Terms exams were taken twice in both the semesters of the First year, after a period of almost 3 months. It is quite easy to pass the exams, max students scores Excellent as it is totally based on 12th syllabus with some extra subjects and syllabus like that of engineering graphics, basic electrical engineering, core subjects are physics, chemistry, maths, and English in the First Year. From 2nd yr, we start to study our branch subjects

Students are eligible for Campus placement from the 4th year other than that for internship we are eligible from the second and also for PPO. Here the placement is good especially for the Metallurgical Engineering branch. Various companies visit here such as delloite, TCS, Vedanta, HCL,etc. The highest package offered this year in 2020 is 10.92 lacs and the average package offered is 4-5 lacs which very good as compared to the investment made in the college by a student. Overall for this branch Metallurgical Engineering , 90% students got palced every year and overall for the whole batch it is 60- 65%. I am planning to work in TATA steel after that I will opt for civil services.

I had chosen this college because we all know that this college and their faculty members are good or better in the metallurgical engineering branch and also knew that our college faculty members were highly qualified from such respected IITs, NITs, and some other institutions and our faculty members are good and very talented in their teaching process.

In metallurgical engineering, placement is excellent approx 100% of students get placement But in another branch placement is not too good in comparison to the metallurgical branch. Lots of companies visited this college like Tata Steel, Vedanta, Deloitte, TCS etc.

We got a lot of internships from 1st sem and when we reach final yr many companies visit to offer us job.Tata steel, vedanta,tcs etc are famous companies visited our college every yr with good package this year highest package offered is 18 lakhs and average package offered is 7-8 lakh. Overall it's a good college for placement

If I talk about myself I chose Metallurgy as placement is quite good of Metallurgy and even the syllabus is not so hard as compared with other branches. The professors are qualified and they will help you whenever you need also you may contact with seniors , they are also so much helpful. Exams are taken timely but due to this pandemic we faced some problems but still we given exams and all.

Placements are best in comparison to other colleges of jharkhand mostly metal mining cs it and ece have the best placement in our college. Various companies visit our college like tata steel, vedanta,viraj profiles,tisco etc. In our college about 75% students get campus placement. surely i want campus placement.

*after you pass sem-6 you are eligible to interview in differ company *only Jharkhand based companies come in my college (HEL TATA NALCO MECON etc) are come to my college *In my mech eng field the highest package is 5-9 lakh per annum *out of 26/60 are placed in the last year 2020

I am focused on the gate because I am doing BTech in the mining branch and for mining, CIL is one of the maharana company and I think after qualifying gate students choose this company first but after that, I have to focus on campus placement as well.
