Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU), New Delhi, is a public state university established in 2020 by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. If you are a PCB student, you can apply for Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) for a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree. DSEU’s BCA eligibility says that you need “Class 12 in any stream with 50% aggregate (or equivalent)”.
