With an Acceptance rate of 53.1%, as of 2016, Monroe college is moderately competitive.

GRE and GMAT are required for only selected courses while applying for Monroe. SAT and ACT are not compulsory. The academic session begins in Fall, Spring and winter.

Monroe College Admissions Deadline

The college offers three sessions for Spring, Summer and Fall seasons. The students may apply up to one year in advance for early decision. The admission for the Fall season is currently open. International students are advised to apply three months before the start date.

Monroe College International Admissions

An international applicant can apply through the university’s online application portal. The requirements for admission are given below -

Requirements for International Students to qualify for I-20

  • Submit application form
  • Make the acceptance fee payment of 100 USD which is non-refundable
  • Submit evidence of financial ability. Funding sources should be liquid funds.
  • Proof of housing
  • Housing application of 400 USD (non-refundable) is required if the applicant wants to stay on campus, prior to processing of I-20
  • For applicants living off-campus, a housing affidavit is required along with evident property ownership.
