Founded in 1997 under the leadership of Henry Riggs, Keck Graduate Institute(KGI) is one of the seven members of The Claremont Consortium or The Claremont Colleges. KGI is situated in a semi-urban setting of Claremont town, California, USA. The KGI is the first graduate-level college under The Claremont Consortium. This school of KGI offers creative and industry-focused programs in the fields of life sciences, engineering and business. Moreover, the school allows students to work on industry-sponsored projects and internships. The school offers nine professional courses that include master's degree programs, doctoral degree programs, and one-year certificate programs.
Started in 2014, this school provides a doctorate in Pharmacy and a master’s degree in genetic counseling and genomic data analytics.
Currently, this school is not accepting applications. Founded in August 2019, this school will provide innovative general medicine courses.
The residence facility offered by the institute was inaugurated in July 2019. The Oasis KGI commons include an open outdoor plaza, student lounges, swimming pool, fitness center, BBQ area and a big 10,000 square feet of classroom space.

All of the courses except the Certificate course in Bioscience management starts in the Fall session only. The Certificate in Bioscience Management (CBM) is started in two sessions i.e. Fall and Spring. The school offers a rolling deadline.

Need-based aid is offered to international students who demonstrate a financial need. Students of MBS, MEng, and PharmaD are eligible to apply for the need-based aid. For applying for need-based financial aid, international students should fill the KGI Need-Based Financial Application. The total award is divided by the number of years the student will be pursuing education at KGI and is disbursed during each semester.
KGI offers International students educational loans to study in the USA. Each international student is eligible for an annual loan limit of 20,500 USD. The students from the following programs are eligible for the international student loan.
