University of Michigan – Flint offers separate on-campus housing to undergraduate as well as graduate students. To be considered for accommodation at the campus, students will have to fill up the housing application and sign the contract along with a housing deposit fee of 250 USD.
First Street Residence Hall is for freshmen and undergraduate students and offers apartment-style housing. The four-storey building is keyless and has suites with 4 or 2 bedrooms and double suites with 2 bedrooms. The suites consist of kitchen, wireless internet, laundry services, etc.
Graduate and upper-class students are housed in Riverfront Residence Hall which has apartment-style suites with a capacity of up to 5 students along with optional meal plans available.
