Frostburg State University is a public university situated in Frostburg, Maryland. It was founded in 1898 by John Leake Maryland state senator. In the state Appalachian highlands, this University is the only four-year institution of the University System of Maryland. International students are required to give a proof of English proficiency along with their high school certificates in which they should have a secured grade or percentage to be eligible to apply. Student Visa Process for International Students

When the applicant receives his/her letter of recommendation from Frostburg State University he/she can apply for an F1 visa which is also called a student visa to study in the US. I-20 form will be received by the student if his/her application gets approved. After the completion of the admission process, students can obtain his/her I-20 form via FedEx.

Upon receipt of your I-20 Form sent, you must visit your local consulate to follow the application process for your I-20 petition for a Student Visa.

We will also be refunded a portion of some of the mandatory student fees. This plan is being developed in collaboration with other USM schools and the Board of Regents.
