For the Fall season of 2018, a total of 2,412 applications were received, of which 82% of students were admitted. This clearly states that Davenport University conducts a review process that the majority of the applicants can easily get through. As the University is not very strict about the admission requirements, you may opt for a program of your choice out of a range of programs offered here. While applying for Davenport University admissions, please note that:

  • It is optional to submit ACT and SAT scores
  • Submission of GMAT score is not required for MBA
  • You are required to send the official academic transcripts to Registrar’s Office (415 E. Fulton St. Grand Rapids, MI 49503)

International Undergraduate Admissions

Academic Requirements: Applicants are required to send official scores of ACT/SAT or GED proof and, additionally, are required to send English proficiency test scores (IELTS/TOEFL) if their native language is not English.

Academic Requirements: One needs to submit scores of standardized tests like GRE/GMAT and English proficiency tests like IELTS/TOEFL to fulfill academic requirements.

Supporting Documents: &Official academic transcripts, resume/CV, two recommendation letters, statement of purpose (500 words), financial support form, bank statement, passport, and photo page copy.

Academic Requirements: Applicants need to submit either ACT/SAT scores or COMPASS assessment results to complete their application.

Additionally, Davenport conducts free entrance exams to admit students in a relevant field based on their competencies. Students may schedule the exam as per their convenience.

Supporting Documents: High school/college transcript or GED proof and degree certificate.

Davenport University Transfer Admissions

You are eligible to apply as a transfer student if you have completed a total of 15 transferrable hours. Submission of official transcripts is required to complete the application process.

In case if your number of transferrable credits are less than 15 hours then you need to:

  • Send official academic transcripts obtained from the institutes attended till date.
  • Submit official transcripts of high school/ GED results
  • Additionally, complete COMPASS assessment
  • Send official ACT/SAT scores or official college transcript reflecting completion of the prerequisite courses in Math and English.
