I wanted to attend Kalamazoo college because of the open curriculum and strong study abroad program. The class sizes were small and I knew I would be able to create strong relationships with faculty. Also, there were no frats or sororities.
The curriculum is excellent. It is one of the few schools in the country that has no requirements (aside from fulfilling a major and taking physical education requirements). You also don't have to choose your major until a sophomore year so you have lots of time to explore your passions.
