The University of Wyoming, accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC), offers more than 200 areas of study to undergraduate, graduate and international students. With the acceptance rate of 96% in Fall 2018, it is considered fairly easy to secure admission here.

The application fee for UG and PG programs is $40 and $50 respectively.

Visa Process

In order to obtain a student visa, international candidates must secure their I-20 Forms from the University of Wyoming. The Admissions Office sends out the I-20 Form to admitted students along with their acceptance letters.

After obtaining the I-20 Form, international students are required to appear for the interview at a U.S Embassy along with the following documents:-

  • A copy of valid passport
  • I-20 Form
  • SEVIS Fee Receipt
  • Affidavit of Financial Support
  • Bank Statement to demonstrate that you have sufficient funding to meet all University and living expenses for at least the first year of your studies.
