Naval Postgraduate School is a post graduate school offering masters, doctoral and certificate programs in more than 70 fields of study. It was established in 1909 and is operated by United States Navy and is situated in Monterey, California.

The international application can’t apply to any of the courses offered at NPS directly. They
should be officially sponsored and nominated by their respective government to study any program here. Hence, no filling of application form. All the related documents have to be sent to NPS through the right channel i.e. via Ministry of Defense.
Estimated tuition fee ranges upto 5,750 USD per person per year.
The Naval Postgraduate School offers financial aid in the form of federal scholarships and grants.
The list of notable alumni from NPS include, Dan Bursch, an astronaut; Mark E. Ferguson III, Vice Chief of Naval Operations and many other astronauts and army chiefs are also included in the list.
