These are the basic requirements for admission to Undergraduate courses at the University of New Mexico:

  • Candidate must have completed high school
  • GPA of 2.5 on a scale of 4.0
  • ACT/SAT not required for international students
  • English - 4 units with at least 1 composition course in the 11th or 12th grade.
  • The student must have studied 4 years of Mathematics and 3 years of Social science for admission.
  • Optional 2 years of a foreign language is preferred.
