1. Create an account on the apply2.gannon.edu portal and select level, program, and intake
2. Upload personal details, academic history, and Class XII or bachelor’s marksheets
3. Request one letter of recommendation for UG or three letters for PG through the portal
4. Upload the statement of purpose and, for PG, an updated résumé
5. Send official English proficiency scores directly from ETS, IDP, Pearson, or Duolingo
6. Submit the Affidavit of Support form and financial documents in US dollars
7. Track the admission decision through the portal dashboard once the file is complete

Gannon University Admission Decisions Timeline

Admission decisions are typically issued within 2 to 4 weeks of a completed application. Offer letters are conditional if any English score, financial document, or transcript is pending. Indian applicants must then pay the enrollment deposit within the deadline listed on the offer letter, upload the passport bio-page, and complete the I-20 request so the F-1 visa slot can be booked in time.

Before you apply: Financial documents must show liquid funds in USD, not INR. Indian sponsors often need a bank certificate that converts fixed deposits into the USD equivalent before Gannon can issue the I-20.
