Pace University English Waivers for Indian Students

Pace exempts applicants who are citizens of English-speaking countries like Canada, UK, Australia, Ireland, and Jamaica. India is not on that list, so Indian applicants must submit an approved English test. If your test scores fall below the direct-entry threshold, Pace may route you to the Pace Global Pathways program for a conditional pathway.

Pace University PhD Admissions and Funding

Pace offers doctoral programs across Computer Science (Seidenberg), Mental Health Counseling and Clinical Psychology (Dyson), School Psychology, and Nursing. Pace uses the Common Application or the Pace online application for undergraduate, and the Pace Graduate Application portal for master’s and doctoral programs. Both accept applications year-round for programs with rolling admission.

1. Shortlist your school and program on the Pace Find Your Program page.
2. Create an account on the Pace Graduate Application portal for master’s, or on Common App for UG.
3. Upload transcripts, personal statement, resume, and letters of recommendation.
4. Submit IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, or Duolingo scores directly through the test provider.
5. Pay the application fee of USD 50 (around INR 4,809) for UG or USD 70 (around INR 6,732) for graduate on the same portal.

USA Student Visa for Pace University

Indian students admitted to Pace apply for the F-1 Student Visa. After acceptance and payment of the enrollment deposit, Pace’s International Students and Scholars office issues the Form I-20, which is the entry ticket to the visa interview.

You must pay the SEVIS I-901 fee of USD 350 (around INR 33,660), complete the DS-160, and pay the visa application fee of USD 185 (around INR 17,791) before booking an interview at the US Embassy in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, or Hyderabad. Bring the I-20, DS-160 confirmation, passport, financial documents, admit letter, and academic transcripts to the interview.

2026 update: US Embassy India visa slots for Fall intakes are typically filled by March. Indian students admitted to Pace should book their F-1 interview within seven days of receiving the I-20.
