PCCOE Management Quota Fees 2026-27 range from INR 3,87,746 to INR 5,80,746. These are first year figures for institute level seats. Computer Engineering, Information Technology and CSE (AI and ML) sit at the top slab. Mechanical, Civil, E&TC and Electronics (VLSI) sit at the lower slab.
PCCOE calls its management quota the Institute Level quota. The fee follows Fees Regulating Authority Notice No. 1058/2025. That notice is dated July 31, 2025. Computer branches carry three times the CAP tuition fee. Core branches carry exactly twice the CAP tuition fee.
Online applications close on September 7, 2026. Institute level and ACAP admissions run from September 8 to September 15, 2026. A non-refundable processing fee of INR 1,000 applies before the form is submitted. Forms are filed at admissionspccoe.org.

What the Institute Level Fee Includes?
The total is built from five heads. Only tuition and development fees change between the two slabs.
| Fee Head | Computer Branches | Core Branches |
|---|---|---|
| Tuition Fee | INR 5,03,499 | INR 3,35,666 |
| Development Fee | INR 75,501 | INR 50,334 |
| University Fee | INR 395 | INR 395 |
| Eligibility Fee (Maharashtra) | INR 650 | INR 650 |
| Insurance | INR 701 | INR 701 |
| Total | INR 5,80,746 | INR 3,87,746 |
How the Institute Level Fee Compares With the CAP Fee?
The gap is the single biggest number on this page. A CAP seat and an institute level seat run the same course. The fee is not the same.
| Admission Route | Computer Branches | Core Branches |
|---|---|---|
| CAP, Open category | INR 1,94,746 | INR 1,94,746 |
| ACAP, Open category | INR 1,94,746 | INR 1,94,746 |
| Institute Level | INR 5,80,746 | INR 3,87,746 |
| NRI | INR 5,81,246 | INR 5,81,246 |
ACAP seats are vacant CAP seats filled by the institute later. They carry the CAP rate, not the institute level rate. On a computer branch that saves close to INR 3.86 Lakh in year one.
Separate forms are needed for the two routes. Applying only for the institute level quota closes off the cheaper option.

Four Year Cost of a PCCOE Institute Level Seat
Years two to four drop the eligibility fee. The university fee also falls to INR 335. The totals below follow the current fee pattern. They are expected to shift, as the Fees Regulating Authority revises fees yearly.
| Route and Branch Group | First Year Fee | Estimated Four Year Fee |
|---|---|---|
| CAP, Open category | INR 1,94,746 | About INR 7.75 Lakh |
| Institute Level, computer branches | INR 5,80,746 | About INR 23.19 Lakh |
| Institute Level, core branches | INR 3,87,746 | About INR 15.47 Lakh |
Example: two students share a Computer Engineering classroom. One enters through CAP in the Open category. The other enters through the institute level quota. The second pays about INR 15.44 Lakh more over four years.
Application Fee and Caution Money at PCCOE

| Hostel Building, Ravet | INR 85,000 | INR 55,000 | INR 1,40,000 |
Are There Fee Concessions on PCCOE Institute Level Seats?
The institute level fee sheet lists a single fee for every candidate. It carries no category-wise column at all. The CAP and ACAP sheets are built the other way round.
Those sheets set out concession slabs by category. SC and ST candidates pay INR 1,746 in year one. OBC, EWS, EBC and SEBC candidates pay INR 1,10,830 below INR 8 Lakh income. TFWS candidates pay INR 26,913. Girls from those same categories also pay INR 26,913.
Example: an OBC candidate has family income below INR 8 Lakh. Through CAP that candidate pays INR 1,10,830 for Computer Engineering. Through the institute level quota the same branch costs INR 5,80,746. Reimbursement claims on the CAP sheet route through the MahaDBT portal.
Is Any Donation Required for PCCOE Management Quota Admission?
No. The official notification is explicit on this point. Institute level admissions are conducted after the last CAP round. Selection runs strictly on the inter-se merit of eligible candidates.
Institute level candidates pay only the fees prescribed by the Fees Regulating Authority. The notification names one extra payment. That is the INR 1,000 processing fee. Any demand beyond the published sheet has no basis in the notification.

Institute Level Fees at PCCOE Compared With Other Pune Colleges
PCCOE sits in the middle of the Pune private engineering band. Its computer branch fee of INR 5,80,746 lands near the top of that band.
Vishwakarma Institute of Technology charges around INR 6.24 Lakh a year for CSE. That is its institute level rate as per the latest published fee structure. Its core branches sit near INR 2.12 Lakh a year.
Pune Institute of Computer Technology takes a different approach. It adds an institutional quota fee of about INR 2,00,000. This sits over and above the regular category fee. The first year outgo stays well below the PCCOE computer branch figure.
