  • There are two campuses – Lakehead Orillia, Lakehead Thunder Bay and one affiliated college at Georgian.
  • The Orillia campus is situated in downtown Orillia and has over 1200 students, pursuing various programs in arts, science, business, education, and social work.

Lakehead University Application Process

The general admission requirements are the same for most of the applicants. However, international and transfer students may have some particular criterion to follow. There are program-specific requirements too.

Pre-requisites

  • Successful completion from an academic secondary school program or equivalent for undergraduate admission or proof of degree for graduate courses.
  • Completion of program-specific prerequisites.
  • The equivalent of a minimum 70% overall final average. (Canadian)
  • The official transcripts of all the academic records need to be submitted from World Education Services (WES) Canada for verification as part of the admission process.
