McMaster University offers admission to international students based on their academic excellence, English proficiency, and letter of intent among other factors. As of Fall 2018, 13.3% of the total students at Mac are international from around 120 countries. International applicants who wish to study in Canada have to satisfy certain additional requirements than their domestic counterparts to be eligible for admission.
