An impressive list of faculty members who have been teaching management and consulting for big firms for over 15 years. Small batch sizes foster strong bonds among students and help them easily choose fields like marketing or finance, providing ample options during placements. Amazing infrastructure! The IIT Delhi campus is fantastic and located in the heart of Delhi. Any sport you can name is available here! ROI is probably the biggest reason. While IIMs charge in excess of 18 lakhs for an MBA, IIT Delhi's MBA costs just 5 lakhs, including food and lodging. Being located in Delhi allows IIT Delhi to attract top brands during placements. Ans. I can’t comment on what other IITs offer in their MBA programs, but I can share insights from the MBA program at IIT Kanpur over the past one and a half years. Here are some common concerns addressed: 1. Placements: While I can't disclose all placement figures, I can say that students were placed within just 5 days, achieving an average package of around 9.8 LPA and a median of about 9 LPA. Companies recruiting included Amazon, LAVA International, Deloitte, ITC Infotech, and others in the same league. 2. International Tie-ups: IIT Kanpur has numerous partnerships with foreign universities, providing various programs to apply for. There are opportunities like international exchange programs; for instance, I participated in one in Japan, fully funded by the Japanese government.
