Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College has been established in the year 1981 by Ananda Social and Education Trust. The college is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. The college offers full-time 5 years MBBS program at undergraduate level. The intake of MBBS students per academic year is 100, out of which 10% belong to SC/ST category candidates.
