- The things I liked about KMC Mangalore is the faculty, the research opportunities that the college provides to the students, the student support services that are available to the students, the campus culture, extracurricular activities, campus life.
Dislikes
- The things I disliked about this college is the whole campus is not situated at one place the buildings are scattered everywhere in the city which makes it a little inconvenient for the students to travel. The curfew timing is there for the students.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is comprehensive and updated. It covers all essential aspects of medical education. It is nicely crafted and various important topics are covered with a strong emphasis.
Seminars, presentations and other innovative methods of teaching are being involved in the curriculum.

- the campus is built over the entire city. there is no integrated campus

Mbbs is a very prestigious course. it's a very noble profession and also has a lot of career opportunities for the future including clinical practice, research, healthcare management, and medical teaching. there is also job stabilization

- No integrated campus 2nd year onwards which is bad
- A lot of restrictions in college and campus
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum involves good clinical exposure which is extremely necessary in our course MBBS. The teaching method is done by PPT in classes. Regular seminars are done in our batch for better learning. Exams happen every 3 months and one final university exam at the end

- the lecture halls and the dissection halls are well organised along with air conditioning

- the campus is a little scattered as KMC is located in the city
- kmc mangalore does not conduct fests and that might not be liked by many students
Course Curriculum Overview:
MBBS is a hands on course with a lot of stress, you really need to be at your toes at all times. KMC provides a good college experience as it gives you an effective work- life balance. You are going to be the future health care workers, that is relevant and helpful to the whole world.

- the campus can get noisy at times because of its location

the college provides a well rounded education covering all the subjects of the respective courses. it also incorporates practical hands on experiences as the students are given clinical exposure too. but it could be even better if they mixed subjects together more often to show how things are connected. the practical knowledge is the best

The course is pretty amazing and helpful and quite informative. This course helps in saving lives so definitely one of the most relevant courses that are taught in the country or worldwide.
The teaching methods are advanced and the exams are conducted frequently to test our knowledge

- Things I liked about this college was the clinical exposure it had because of it’s tie up with the local govt hospitals so you have a good patient flow here and the faculty of each dept the teaching staff etc
- Hostel amenities are pretty nice and give all covers all the necessities.
- The faculties of each department is very good and really encourages you to learn things and helps you score.
Dislikes
- Mangalore doesn’t have many night clubs here so you don’t get much lf a night life here and the city pretty much shuts at 10
- As the campus is scattered and not large enough so you don’t get much of a Campus life here.
Placement Experience:
Toh are enrolled into internship after completing your mbbs of 4.5 after doing the internship of 1 year you can opt for the hospital you want to work and apply there. Many people don't straightaway start practising after mbbs they first complete their lg and then start.

- We get world class facilities and labs.

- We do not have a campus like other colleges
- All the buildings of college are separated in the city in different areas
- There is slight language barrier with locals
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course because I want to be a doctor. The faculty was highly qualified all the faculty members have completed post-graduation at a minimum. The exam happens in once a year and the internal exam happens about three to five times every year

- Kasturba Medical College Mangalore is attached to government hospital so patient flow s good

- All buildings are not at a place so you have to travel for class m clinical postings
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose mbbs at Kasturba Medical College Mangalore because I always wanted to do my mbbs from the top colleges in the country and I can say without any doubt that KMC is the best. The student ratio is 1:25 All faculties are very qualified and very well behaved
