From 7 semester students are eligible to take the placement .the company visited in the college are Deloitte lg samsung byjue tata steel.etcthe highest placement offers by the college is 50 lakhs and the avtis 6 lakhs the percentage of students got placed is 91 .

- For those who want to prepare for any job, college is best for preparation
- You study in college with very less fee and get sufficient facilities.
Dislikes
- Bit sindri is situated in sindri and very far from main dhanbad
- There is no college fest or any cultural fest in the college
Placement Experience:
Placement is almost good in the college.
From the 7th semester students are eligible to sit in exams.
Almost 200+ companies and 700+ offers in the company
The highest package is 41 lakh and the average package is 6- 7 lpa
About 80- 85 per cent of students get placed.
I also want to do a job after my degree.

- I liked the large campus of our college that is about 450 acres, and one more thing is a large numbers of trees and plant like greenary inside our campus that makes our college more beautiful.
- The extra curicular activities are also present in our college.there are many clubs which promote these types of activities such as Coding,Robotics,Singing,Dancing,Automobiles,Sports etc.
- here the academic curriculum is so good and in this year some more subjects are added for 1st year student ,one more thing is the proffesor are also helpful for the students.
Dislikes
- The 1st thing is due to the MINES region(JHARIA) near to our college,outside campus becomes DUSTY zone.In outside campus, a lot of dust particles keep flying around all the times.
- the college is not in a big city. This is 30 km away from Dhanbad city,fso or some important things,we have to go to Dhanbad for purchasing.
- the 3rd one is the infrastructure of our college is not so good it can be more better,but in this year,jharkhand govt raise some fund for the betterment of the infrastructure.
Placement Experience:
The Placement of our college is overall good. Many companies are visiting for recruitment as
SAMSUNG.
TATA POWER.
YAMAHA.
D.E SHAW.
MATIX.
SIEMENS.
There are many more companies visiting our college than these.
the placements of core branches (Mechanical, Electrical) are too good because here, 90 percent of the students of these branches get placed in good companies.
MINING Engg. student's placements are very great, here 22 out of 50 students got 16+ LPA.
The Packages vary from 4 LPA to 14 LPA.
Some students get a high package which is 21+ LPA.
In case, some students are not getting campus placement, they try for off-campus placements, and sometimes they get higher packages than in-campus placements.
2nd case is that they focus on GATE or other Govt. Jobs.
and also The results of GATE are appreciable.
if I conclude the whole para in a single sentence then if You are a Hard-working and smart-thinking student there are no problems arise in your placement.

- This is jharkhand state government college whose fee is much relevant as compared to other Engg collage
- 20km to ISM DHANBAD and close to IIT KGP , NIT JAMSHEDPUR, BIT MESRA AND NIT DURGAPUR
- The BIT SINDRI is having a campus area of 450 acres
Dislikes
- This collage give 100 reservation to students of jharkhand only no other State can read here
- Culture of ragging is still practical here to some extent
- This is having big campus but no culture of cycling had developed here
Placement Experience:
7 semester and onwards students are eligible for campus placement, every few gets pre placement on there 5th sem
Many give company visit here like Tata steel (20-30 student), vedanta (20-30), Google (2-3), Microsoft (2-3), JSL(50-60), JSW(60-70) ETC
2024 HIGHEST PLACEMENT IS OF 45LPA AND AV. OF 8 LPA
On core branch 85% students get campus placement and circulate branch 70%
My plan is get placed on TATA STEEL OR VEDANTA

- It has very large campus size with friendly environment which provides many opportunities in college
- This college has many well equipped labs which provides many opportunities.

- Hostel mess is very worst in college.it is important to have good mess fooy
- There is lots of problem of electricity in hostel due to this we face many problems

- In this college there is a ragging system
- This college does not organise inter college tournaments
Placement Experience:
Placement in our college is very good. avg package is 7 LPA, highest package is 55 LPA and the lowest package is 3.6 LPA TATA steel, Aditya Birla groups, JSW, Vedanta are the main recruiters. 90% of students placed every year.

- Things I like the most in my college is the large and green campus.
- The interaction between the college professors and student is good . they provide help to the student in many aspects
- College provide a decent internship and placement opportunities to the student which really help the students.
Dislikes
- There is a lack of infrastructure and advance technology in the college
- Some of the hostel are too old and need to be re-constructed.
- There is a ragging culture in the college which should be stopped.
Placement Experience:
The placement of this college is good, students who are good at academic and extracurricular activities and have a good knowledge can easily get a placement at this college. There more then 120 companies visit at the college like Samsung, TCS , Tata steel, Vedanta etc. Approximately 90 percent of the students get campus placement.

- There is so many clubs, in which we learn so many things
- There is two play ground for students, and there is so many sports activities
- And here placement is good but not better

- There is seniors are so strict and they and they don't behave good
- For first year student there is so many rules
- And here professors are also strict they don't submit if we late
Course Curriculum Overview:
In our college there is lot of activities are happen such as so many sports activities, tech fest, and so many from these we are learn and enjoy very well . Our college campus is not so big it atleast 400acr in area but looks like good
And exams are conducted on time before the exam our syllabus is completed by our teachers

- I like library because there are so many options for books I like our auditorium as it is huge and every program held there Clubs are very active in this college.both technical and non technical
- What I Liked I like the greenary , mess food, canteen, nescafe , baba ka dhaba I love cultural fests like FYOCC and my lecture hall
- Placement Experience: Placement in BIT Sindri is good The eligibility criteria for placement is that you have to secure a good CGPA without any backlog for a good company opportunity. The average package and highest package for every branch.
Dislikes
- Lecture hall building is getting very old One thing that in your first year you have to go your class in formals
- As size of college campus there is no bus service available There are many stray cattle roaming inside campus
- No hangout spots are made students except cafeteria, the campus is just full of jungle of and unwanted tress
Placement Experience:
From 3rd year onwards students become eligible for campus placements. About 100 of companies visit the college including Tech and Non- Tech companies like De-shaw, Samsung, TCS , Vedanta , L&T, Unacademy and many more

From what I’ve heard from my friend who is currently a student of BIT Sindri, there is ample time for students to prepare for exams like UPSC, GATE, etc.
- The area of the campus is about 400 acres. BIT Sindri is a good engineering college and is located in the town of Sindri which is 25km from the city of Dhanbad.
- BIT Sindri has a total of 26 hostels for boys and girls. The different departments of the college are allotted their own buildings for their classes and activities.
- There is an auditorium on the campus. There have been some reports of ragging, though, in the first and second years.
- The best departments in the institute by far are mining and metal because of good placements.
- Lately, a number of good companies are visiting the campus so the statistics of placements are improving by the day. The average CTC has been recorded to be 4.51 LPA while the highest salary is 10.12 LPA.
The institute also holds an enviable rank amongst other engineering institutes of Jharkhand.
