- They posses a great teaching skill and try their hard to make the concepts clear.
- Talking about campus life, social life... its awesome, we have got good friendly teachers nice helping friends, and our canteens are well maintained too...
- Also, our college allows us to apply for many types of scholarships like - svmcm, oasis, national merit cum scholarship, etc.
Dislikes
- Placement is not so good. on internship opportunities is not also provided.
- Fees structure are very bad. if it some low cost then more better for many students.
- Hostel facility is not good not bad but mostly it isn't worth it staying in hostel

Placement Experience:
You have to sit your placement with BCA,BBA BECAUSE ALL PLACEMENT ARE WITH SAME TIME WHERE YOU HAVE TO COMPETE WITH ALL OF THE STUDENT AT SAME TIME . IT WILL BE A TELECOM COMPANY AS WELL AS AND YOU HAVE TO SIT IN THAT COMPANY IF YOU HAVE NOT INTERST

- The teachers here are great they teach very enthusiasticly. They care about the students so its a plus point here .
- The campus life here is very good there many cultural events . Coding competitions in the college which would help you in building your career.
- College has got great infrastructures in terms of lab buildings and all. They are very good neat and clean . Many equipments are here which would help you be practical very strong .
Dislikes
- The behaviors of the staffs here are bad they don't talk properly it's a huge problem during the time of admissions,.It creates confusion
- Hostels are very dirty . I would recommend not to stay in hostel.
- The food of the hostel is too bad . That could cause you serious health issues
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is great no problem in that but the 1st year subjects are quite boring as a cse student. But after thet you get some really interesting subjects that would increase your knowledge and interests on the course

- The faculty members are friendly and they are cooperative.
- The campus is not too big not too short, and it is surrounded by greens.
- They conducts student programme around 3-4 times in a month.
Dislikes
- The classrooms should have more spacious as they students are more.
- The canteen food is oily, but it taste good.
- The course contains some subjects that are meaningless.
Placement Experience:
The placement is average. The average package is around 4 lacs per anum, and the highest package is around 12 lacs per anum.
From 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements.
Around 70% students gets placed in a well known company like TCS, CAPGEMINI, WIPRO, INFOSYS, SAIL and many more.
I will try for the on campus placements.

- The first thing is the college environment and infrastructure, it is so good , like it's look like a engineering college
- Secondly the college faculties are so helpful in their way , very friendly nature and supportive also
- Lastly the college code of discipline is so proper, any misconduct is strictly prohibited.
Dislikes
- The parking facility should be improved
- The canteen food is good but it can be better
- There is no separate grounds for boys and girls so it should be there
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is appropriate and upto the mark various practical knowledge we can gain from this.And if we are practically well prepared then it will be helpful for real world experience. I don't think so the curriculum need any type of improvement . There are two semesters one in June and the other in December and the duration is 10-15 days.

- The campus life of the college is very good.
- Faculty member are well experience and most of teachers are phd holders.
- College teach as how to crack placement from 3rd year only and teachers guide us in every situation.
Placement Experience:
Placement are good in this college as many company come in this college like TCS, Tata power plant, Wipro, Accenture, Banks etc.
Both core and IT come. From 3rd year onwards students are given tranning of how to crack placement and from 4th year students are eligible for campus placements.
Highest package of our college is about 12 to 13 lakhs per year and the lowest package is 2.5 lakhs per year.

- Our college Dr. B. C. Roy Engineering College is a perfect college. Everything is best for us. There are not needed to improvement.
- College campus are very good. College campus life are better than my life. In college campus there are two fields for playing cricket and football.
- The faculty members are excellent they teaches us very good. Their behaviour are priceless.
Dislikes
- There are nothing to dislike this college alti made this college was a very good college.
Placement Experience:
6 th semester.
Infosys,
TCS tata, and many others.
Highest package was 140000 and average package was 400000 to 1000000
80 percentage students get's the placement of this college.
My plans get e good placement and work for this company and earn money.

- The college has one karate club which is not actually registered under the college but it is a part of it.
- The ratio of girls to boys is 1:3. This is mainly because mainly the locals take admission in this colllege as this is a private one.
- The college provides opportunities for students to have healthy minds with the study curriculum as it provides one football ground, one basketball court,one three volleyball courts and a cricket field.
Dislikes
- The things i disliked was the food provided at the hostel mess which is awful and does not taste right unless the menu keeps changing each week.
- Inspite of having such a big campus for some reason the campus feels cramped and feels as if the buildings are going to fall over you and you will get crushed.
- The opportunities for the learning of new skills is highly underappreciated as the currriculum is mainly focused on the scores and the students are busy clearing their back papers.
Placement Experience:
The placements offered in this college is an averge of four lakhs fifty thousand . This package is always grabbed by many students and many students get offers from two to three companies for joining. Even for a core branch like electrical the highest package was eleven lakhs per annum. Even the department has about 100% students placed.

- Language lab with collaboration of IIT Kharagpur helps a lot for communication skill
- Good infrastructure provided for all classes including lab.
- Big central library having huge number of books for all streams.
Dislikes
- They need to focus on Yoga classes as well.College celebrate Yoga day only.
Placement Experience:
At the end of 4 th semester, students are eligible for placement.
Around 90+ companies visited at my time including TCS, CAPGEMINI,Hexaware,Tata Power,Air Water India,Voltas, Cognizant.
I got placed in Capgemini and Air Water India Pvt.Ltd. in year2022-2023.Average package was 5 LPA , Highest package was 12LPA.
South Indian Bank came with 10 LPA package.
Students from my department- 90%of them got placed
In other also 80-90% got placement that year.

- I liked the fact that faculty was really caring and good
- Our principal had a keen interest on research like activities and research is preferred in our campus
- Our books are generally issued by book bank which is in the college and it's fees is included in the fees already so no need to buy books
Dislikes
- I disliked the fact that tough the college was great infrastructure wise but fees was too high as per classroom facilities
- There are fest and tech fest like zeal and other fests but the tech fest don't have so much reach and enthusiasm in the college environment
- The campus is a bit small compare to other engeneering colleges.
Placement Experience:
The highest package in our college of 2023 data as 2024 full data is yet to be published is around 14 lakhs and median package was around 3.8 lakhs . The percentage of 2023 was good around 80% placements. Hope to see the same in 2024 as well and my plans after the college is either do placements if I found jobs lucrative enough or go to do GATE and M tech after that

- College faculty is average,campus life is good,separate faculty is there for each subject in each department
- Both the hostel for boys .There are two hostels for girls
- Nivedita hostel and mother Teresa hostel.
Dislikes
- The mess food of the hostel is not so good.
- The library facility of the college is not very good
- There is no separate sports field for hostel students
Placement Experience:
The placement of this college is average Rs 500000 per annum. The top recruiting companies which came last year was Tech Mahindra and Wipro. Almost 45% students have got the Placement. I expected more from my college...
