- Yes, scholarships like- svmcm, swami dayanand education and many more will be there to hold your hand..
- The highest package is around 12lpa from last year and tech giants like amazon, tcs, and infosys visit us every year.
- I liked it that our college provides ragging free environment and some good college fest

- Playground isn't that big, and there is no option for indoor games..
- Sports facilities are not good. there are no equipments for sport.
- College's campus area is too small. there's only two small grounds and nothing else. and the canteen also serves low quality food & charges a lot. the grounds are unavailable often because school kids are playing

- Faculty members are well trained and experienced and have multiple degrees as a result they are capable of teaching hands on experiences.
- There are several cultural programs throughout the year. So you won't ever feel bored
- Pg and hostels are resided near the campus and enough parking space for bikes and scooters

- Many of the classes doesn't have AC and smart teaching equipments
- The food quality isn't that much top notch which could be better
- You might feel uncomfortable to blend in with the culture. As most of the students come from ICSE, CBSE background
Placement Experience:
For MCA course students are eligible to appear in the placement drive once they pass the 2nd semester with no active backlogs. There are several companies come on campus during the drive including TCS, Cognizant, Capgemini, Accenture, Wipro and many other startups to hire the students. The average salary package the students get is approximately 7 LPA. The highest package offered till now is 12 LPA in college. The percentage of the students getting placed is 90%. Although students need to work on themself by taking courses from udemy Coursera and other sites to up skill themself. My plan is to start a business which I'm already working on.

- Well known in the area, popular college in resident area.
- Classes are very frequent and the lab of DS is quite impressive.
Dislikes
- Very small campus compare to others, haven't any big play ground.
- Poor connectivity, doesn't have proper wifi in the campus.
- Classrooms are very outdated, doesn't have proper clean washroom.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Nowadays social media and marketing has a huge impact in IT hub also DS and AI industry is also interconnected therefore, career options for DS is expanding. However we can't fully rely on the College we've to learn more from outside.

- Faculty Members are really nice, they helps us in any problem, teachers takes extra classes if needed.
- Placement cell help all the students as much as possible for their secure placements.
- Laboratory are well maintained, have all the equipments, big library with a vast of books.
Dislikes
- Campus have small playground. We can't play cricket or football in this small ground
- Wifi is available but limited connectivity very useless i think
Placement Experience:
From From 6th semester Students are eligible for placements.
A lot of well known companies like TCS, COGNIZANT, AMAZON, ACCENTURE, CAPGEMINI, CTS etc visits every year and offers 2-8 lpa packages.
Highest package from the college is 32 lpa and average is like 6.5 lpa.
It's very good that 80 percent of students got placed from college with one or more than one offers.
I am also thinking to join any one of the companies and start working with them. As I need more experience of working.

- Course is very affordable and the location is well. They also provide scholarships. They offer variety of courses which including artificial intelligence & machine learning, IOT, cyber security and data science.
- The fests are good, seniors are friendly, there's three big fests around summer which all the students & outsider can participate, the hackathons are enough competitive. There's also departmental programs.
- Labs are good and well maintained. Lab assistant are so helpful through the course along with teachers. The library is well equipped with 40 thousands books and thru have a book bank system. In library the sitting hall is quite good
Dislikes
- College's campus area is too small. There's only two small grounds and nothing else. And the canteen also serves low quality food & charges a lot. The grounds are unavailable often because school kids are playing
- The faculties could be better, there's lack of experienced faculties which is very unacceptable. Also the infrastructure is quite old. They still use the lift with collapsible gate which is out of service the most of the time
- The infrastructure could be better including lifts, bathrooms etc. There's also lack of stationary stores and rooms are non AC sp in summer there's a huge problem & discomfort. Bathrooms should be well maintained.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Computer science is very on demand & job availability is well in market. There's many branches in computer science engineering which one can opt for & the skill is very in demand. The course focuses on mathematics, programing & mainly problem solving

Placements are not so good our faculty members try their best but it's recession time so you can understand how bad it is but as far as I know highest package someone got is around 10lpa ..so yeah at the end of the day it's upto you how ur gonna get placement

- Faculty members, they are so helpful and familiar with the students..
- Spacious classrooms, once you get into the college and attend classes regularly then of the classrooms aren't spacious at all there will be problems

Maybe, after the 4th semester students are eligible for campus placements.
I've just given my first semester so offers and placement related incident happened..
70-80% students usually got placed every year..
After getting the degree will opt for tech companies.. In between this 4years if possible will prepare for GATE and try to sit for the exam..

- Departmental faculties are very sincere and efficient
- Through out the whole year,we have the opportunities to participate in many extra co curricular activities
- The lab experiments are done so well and every topic is finely cleared to us
Dislikes
- The behaviour of the admin office should be way better,they should be way more cooperative
- Only the computer labs have AC,it would be better if every lab had AC
Course Curriculum Overview:
Being a student of ECE, I have to learn coding as well as making circuits and hardware projects,so that besides applying for IT sector we can also apply for the core companies..
Our professors prepare us very well to be the upcoming engineers, nothing to tell about exam timing,this college follows MAKAUT

- Better Campus life and good faculty in the college
- Fees is quite affordable in comparison to other engineering colleges
- Huge events both cultural and technical which improves our skills

- Classrooms not up to date with technology
- No proper playground or football field for sports
- Campus is quite small and some buildings are quite old
Placement Experience:
From the 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements.
Companies mainly visited are TCS, CTC, Capemagini, VI, Dell, L&T.
Highest package offered last year was 9.5lpa and average package is around 5lpa
Percentage is around 120%
My plans are to probably pursue with Mtech in Electronics and Communication

- The fees structure is comparatively lesser with respect to other private engineering colleges in kolkata
- The faculty members are good, some of them are very friendly and helpful
- The class rooms and the campus maintains its hygiene.
Dislikes
- The first thing i disliked is the location of the college. The roads are narrow and lots of traffic are their.
- The engineering buildings of the college are not centralised AC. Although the BCA buildings have it.
- The lift, fans, lights etc of the college doesn't work properly all the time.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum in case of ECE is good, it is mostly hardware focused and few soft ware subjects are available. Talking about the faculty it contains both good teachers and there are also some bad apples in the box. But in ever faculty this happens, so it's normal.

- The library is very good and contains all the necessary resources that are needed by students.
- The coding culture is good and the clubs are quite active.

- The campus size is too small and there is not much to do in college beside attending classes
- Sports facilities are not good. There are no equipments for sport.
- The intership opportunities are not so good and can be improved.
Placement Experience:
After 2nd year students are allowed for internship opportunities and after 3 Rd year students are allowed to sit for campus placements. Companis like TCS, WIPRO, INFOSIS, COGNIZANT, ACCENTURE, CAPGEMINI etc. come for campus placements. The highest package offered to students was 12 lpa which was offered by IBM. The average package of our college is 3 lacs per annum offered by the service based companies. The percentage of students placed is around 60 percent. My plan is to sit for placements and get a job once I graduate.
