GCETTS Faculty

The college offers four streams: Textile Technology, APM, CSE, and IT, each with dedicated faculty and classrooms. The Textile Technology faculty is highly regarded, considered among the best in India, with a faculty-to-student ratio of approximately 20:1 for TT and APM. Faculty members are mostly highly qualified, with many holding PhDs, and several are IIT alumni. The IT department faculty is noted for its excellence, with 7-8 teachers managing a batch of 40-50 students.

Despite some critiques on faculty sufficiency in CSE and IT, the overall faculty quality is praised for being supportive, knowledgeable, and engaged in student welfare. Faculty-student interactions are positive, with opportunities for doubt-clearing sessions and practical lab experiences. The college's faculty has a strong focus on research, with many involved in national and international projects. The exam structure includes continuous assessments with multiple internal exams, contributing to a comprehensive educational experience.
