- Students can get scholarships like swami vivekananda merit cum means scholarship.
- Companies like tcs, wipro, info, tejas network, grant thomson, pwc india, ibm, etc, and the placement percentage is also so good approx 90 percent of students get placed.
- The campus is so beautiful and peaceful . the natural environment is there so i liked it

- Fees is little bit high so it is a problem for a middle class guy
- From the last 3 year's there is no fest organized due to students fight
- There are no boys hostel inside campus which is not good

Heritage Institute of Technology is the next obvious choice if the scores are not high enough for a public university. It has widely been recognised as the top private college in West Bengal. The campus is sprawling and abuzz with activities as heard from my seniors. The faculty list and qualifications were very good too as is displayed on their website. My reason for opting for Applied Electronics and Instrumentation was the fact i was passionate about electronics since a long time and wanted to pursue it further.

I wanted to go to college within the city, I wanted to study biotechnology and HITK provides one of the best biotech courses in the state. I also wanted to take up the B.Tech biotech course and not B.Sc as I wish to get a job in the industry.

My JEE rank was not so good that can provide NIT atleast then By seeing ranking in Wbjee college list, I found an autonomous college with good reputation about placement, attendance ratio and there is no special uniform for college

Firstly its an autonomous institution. registered under MAKAUT which plays a key role while deciding colleges.It has large campus with other heritage group colleges around it and most importantly its ragging free.secondly the opportunities a student get to showcas etheir skill be it any evn if its not reakted to study can try out through different clubs.The students can work upon thei ideas without the pressure of studies.

I choose this college as I am currently residing in Kolkata with my family, and Heritage counts amongst the topmost college in West Bengal. Therefore, I took admission in Heritage Institute Of Technology.

In my year in all the govt Colleges under centre as well as state the IT stream was merged with CSE stream so it was difficult to find colleges but thanks to the private colleges which retained the stream.So was the case with this institution.Its an autonomous institution overall which plays a key role while deciding colleges.It has a wonderful campus with lots of opportunities and most importantly its ragging free.My neighborhood brother used to study in this college through whom i learned a lot about this college and had chosen wisely.

It provides high placement chances. It has a very beautiful campus. The atmosphere and ambience is the most you can ask for. Moreover, it provides a perfect balance between co curricular and education.

Campus area, the college is among top engineering College in kolkata, the faculty is good, the classrooms and teaching method is very good, they give good placement, there is no ragging in the college

What is your review of Heritage Institute of Technology in terms of hostels, campus life, and placements?

Heritage Institute of Technology is the best private college in Kolkata with good campus life. A senior of mine is an alumnus of the college and he always speaks about its infrastructure, placements, and campus facilities.
- Location: - It is located near the prime market of Kolkata making it well connected to communication services.
- Fees: - The fess has been increased slightly but if admission is granted you’re are eligible to apply for a study loan
- Labs: - All the facilities and the technologies in the lab are up to date and well equipped for ease of handling by the students.
- Professors: - all the professors are highly experienced, some with a Ph.D. degree, and they are well known and acknowledged in society.
- Library: - Fully stacked with books, articles, research papers and has access to many foreign libraries accessing outside files.

The campus has a huge ground and it also has a large pond. It has a very well-maintained infrastructure. They also provide students with all the necessary facilities. The canteen serves very well but it is really expensive. But overall it is manageable for students.
