KCCITM Admission Dates 2026

KCCITM admissions for 2026-27 run across two separate university systems. B.Tech and MBA admissions go through UPTAC and direct routes under AKTU. BBA, BCA, B.Com, law and media programmes admit through GGSIP University counselling based on CUET-UG and CLAT scores.

KCCITM Courses and Fees

KCCITM offers programmes across engineering, management, commerce, law and media through its two constituent institutes. Fee figures below are per-semester rates. B.Tech spans 8 semesters and MBA, M.Tech span 4 semesters each.

B.Tech specialisations span CSE (regular and CSE-AI and ML), Artificial Intelligence, AI and ML, Data Science, IT, IoT, ECE, Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. A unique offering is B.Tech in Computer Science taught entirely in Hindi medium. All B.Tech branches share the same fee of INR 60,000 per semester, making cross-branch transfer easy to evaluate financially.

KCCITM Admission Process

KCCITM uses separate admission tracks for AKTU programmes (B.Tech, MBA, M.Tech) and GGSIP University programmes (BBA, BCA, B.Com, Law). Each track has its own centralised counselling system.

B.Tech Admission

B.Tech at KCCITM is split between state quota (85% of seats, through UPTAC) and management quota (15%, direct at KCCITM). Eligibility requires 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics at a minimum of 45%, with Chemistry optional. No GD or PI is conducted for B.Tech.

Lateral entry into B.Tech second year is available for Diploma holders with 60%+, also through UPTAC. General-category closing merit at KCCITM for CSE has historically been in the JEE Main Percentile 55 to 75 band, making it accessible to a broader applicant pool compared to highly competitive Greater Noida colleges.

MBA Admission

MBA at KCCITM is AKTU-affiliated and runs for 2 years. Eligibility is graduation in any discipline with 50% (45% for SC and ST). KCCITM accepts CAT, MAT and XAT scores. Candidates with 2 or more years of work experience receive a 10% additional fee waiver per semester. A personal interview is conducted before final selection.

M.Tech Admission

M.Tech in CSE, ECE and Mechanical Engineering is offered for candidates with B.Tech in the relevant field at 60%+ (45% for SC and ST). GATE scoreholders are given priority. Remaining seats are filled by qualifying exam marks. Applications are managed directly at KCCITM.

BBA, BCA, B.Com and Law Admission (GGSIP University)

BBA, BCA, B.Com Hons and BAJMC at KCC ILHE require a valid CUET-UG 2026 score and 10+2 with 50% in any stream. English is a compulsory subject in Class 12. Admissions are through GGSIP University’s centralised counselling. BA LLB and BBA LLB (Hons.) require a CLAT 2026 score and 10+2 with 50%. Girls receive a 5% additional fee waiver across all GGSIP-affiliated programmes.

KCCITM Placements

KCCITM’s Career and Recruitment Cell coordinates campus placements across all programmes. B.Tech, MBA and M.Tech students are placed through a mix of on-campus recruitment drives and career fairs organised in partnership with Delhi NCR’s corporate ecosystem.

Top IT sector recruiters visiting KCCITM campus include TCS, Wipro, HCL, IBM, Infosys, Cognizant and Capgemini. BFSI sector recruiters include HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank and Axis Bank. Manufacturing and other sectors bring Mahindra and Mahindra, Ashok Leyland and Hindustan Zinc to campus drives. E-commerce and tech platform companies including Amazon have also recruited from the campus.

KCCITM Scholarships

KCCITM offers tiered merit scholarships for B.Tech and MBA entrants, along with government, sports and defence category awards. Scholarships apply to the semester fee at the point of admission and are renewable based on academic performance.

Only one scholarship applies per candidate per semester. B.Tech merit scholarships apply to the first semester only unless renewed by the institution. MBA work experience and entrance exam scholarships are assessed at the time of PI and admission confirmation.

KCCITM Campus and Infrastructure

KCC Institute of Technology and Management is located in Knowledge Park, Greater Noida, within the core educational zone that houses several AKTU-affiliated colleges. The campus spans 40 acres and accommodates both KCC ITM and KCC ILHE programmes under one layout.

Infrastructure includes air-conditioned classrooms, computer labs, branch-specific engineering labs for all B.Tech specialisations, a central library, sports facilities and a dedicated placement preparation centre. The hostel is designed for 600+ students and is available for both boys and girls. Hostel fees range from INR 90,000 to INR 1,65,000 per year depending on room type and occupancy.

Greater Noida’s location on the Delhi-Noida-Agra expressway belt gives KCCITM students proximity to the Delhi NCR job market and provides easy access to Pari Chowk metro, corporate parks in Noida Sector 62, and the GNIDA industrial zone.

KCCITM’s dual university affiliation (AKTU for engineering and GGSIP University for commerce and law) is a clear differentiator, as GGSIP-affiliated programmes are typically valued more in Delhi NCR placements than AKTU-affiliated commerce programmes. GL Bajaj has a stronger engineering-first reputation and has historically seen higher placement averages in engineering branches. ITS Engineering is an older AKTU institution with established recruiter relationships.
