KCCITM Admission Dates 2026

Admissions for the 2026-27 session are anchored by UPTAC for B.Tech state quota, direct merit for management quota, and GGSIP University counselling for professional UG programmes. The direct application window at KCCITM closes on August 25, 2026.

KCCITM Courses and Fees

KCCITM offers programmes across engineering, management, law, and professional disciplines. B.Tech has the largest intake. All B.Tech specialisations carry the same semester fee of INR 60,000. Fee figures below represent the total cost for the full programme duration, as per 2026 fee schedule.

B.Tech specialisations at KCCITM include CSE with Hindi medium, Internet of Things (IoT), and Data Sciences alongside mainstream CSE, AI, and ML branches. GGSIP-affiliated UG programmes (BBA, BCA, Law) carry fees as per GGSIP University norms, which differ from AKTU-affiliated courses.

KCCITM Admission Process

KCCITM runs two parallel admission streams. The AKTU stream covers B.Tech, M.Tech, and MBA. The GGSIP University stream covers BBA, BCA, B.Com, BAJMC, BA LLB, and BBA LLB. Each stream has its own eligibility norms and selection process.

B.Tech Admission

B.Tech is offered across eleven specialisations, including a distinctive CSE Hindi medium stream. State quota seats (85%) are filled through UPTAC. Management quota seats (15%) are filled directly. KCCITM’s UPTAC college code is 492.

• Eligibility: 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Minimum aggregate: 45% in relevant subjects.
• State Quota: Register at the UPTAC portal using JEE Main 2026 score. Add college code 492 and preferred specialisation during choice-filling.
• Management Quota: Apply at admissions.kccitm.edu.in with Class 12 marksheet and JEE Main scorecard. No GD or PI required.
• Lateral Entry: Diploma holders with 60% or above may apply for second-year B.Tech through UPTAC lateral entry counselling.

UPTAC closing ranks for KCCITM B.Tech (CSE, General category) typically fall in the higher JEE Main rank ranges, reflecting its profile as a mid-tier AKTU private college. Management quota cutoff is based on PCM aggregate and JEE Main score.

MBA and M.Tech Admission

MBA at KCCITM accepts CAT, MAT, and XAT scores. Shortlisted candidates attend a personal interview on campus. Candidates with 2 or more years of work experience receive an additional 10% scholarship. M.Tech prioritises GATE scoreholders. Non-GATE candidates are considered on qualifying exam merit.

• MBA Eligibility: Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST). Final-year applicants may apply provisionally.
• M.Tech Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech in a relevant field with minimum 60% aggregate (45% for SC/ST).

BBA, BCA, B.Com, BAJMC, and Law Programmes

These programmes are affiliated to GGSIP University, Delhi. CUET UG is mandatory for BBA, BCA, B.Com (Hons.), and BAJMC. CLAT is required for BA LLB (Hons.) and BBA LLB (Hons.). Admission is through GGSIP University’s counselling process. English is a mandatory Class 12 subject for all GGSIP-affiliated programmes. Girl students receive an additional 5% fee waiver across all GGSIP programmes.

KCCITM Placements

KCCITM Greater Noida records consistent campus placement activity for its B.Tech and MBA graduates. The highest national offer in the 2025 placement season stood at INR 14.2 LPA. The highest international offer reached INR 31 LPA. Over 250 companies participated in on-campus and off-campus drives.

The IT and software services sector accounts for the largest share of KCCITM placements, with companies in manufacturing, BFSI, and consulting also participating for core and management graduates. Recruiters confirmed on campus include TCS, Wipro, HCL, Infosys, and Accenture. The Career Development Cell at KCCITM organises placement preparation workshops, mock interviews, and industry sessions through the academic year.

MBA placement outcomes at KCCITM are linked to the AKTU affiliation and Greater Noida’s established corporate proximity. BBA and BCA graduates from the GGSIP stream have separate placement support through the institute’s training cell.

KCCITM Scholarships

KCCITM offers merit, sports, defence, and government-linked scholarships. Only one scholarship applies per student per semester. Amounts are applied at the time of joining.

Startup founders with active ventures are eligible for an additional 10% entrepreneurship scholarship on MBA fees. MBA candidates with 2 or more years of work experience receive a further 10% reduction. Both are applied over and above standard merit scholarships, up to the cap enforced by KCCITM’s one-scholarship-per-semester rule.

KCCITM Campus and Infrastructure

KCCITM is located at Knowledge Park III, Greater Noida, on a 40-acre campus. The Knowledge Park II Metro Station on the Aqua Line is a 10-minute walk away, making the campus accessible from across Greater Noida and Noida. The location is close to several corporate offices and technology parks in the Knowledge Park belt.

Campus infrastructure includes dedicated computer labs and specialised labs for each engineering branch, an air-conditioned classroom block, a central library, and a gymnasium. Hostel facilities are available for both male and female students at INR 90,000 to INR 1.65 lakhs per year. Campus Wi-Fi is available. A cafeteria and food court serve the student population.

B.Tech CSE and ECE labs are equipped for the institute’s specialised AI, IoT, and Data Science programmes. The institute runs an entrepreneurship cell for students and hosts technical fests through the academic year.

KCCITM vs GL Bajaj vs GNIOT Greater Noida

Candidates shortlisting private B.Tech colleges in Greater Noida often compare KCCITM with GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management and Greater Noida Institute of Technology (GNIOT). All three are AKTU-affiliated private colleges accessed through UPTAC, serving the same aspirant pool.

KCCITM’s dual affiliation (AKTU and GGSIP University) gives it a broader programme portfolio covering law and professional UG programmes not available at GL Bajaj or GNIOT. GL Bajaj is often noted for active placement networks and alumni engagement. GNIOT has a longer operational history in the Greater Noida belt. All three are mid-tier UPTAC options for candidates in the JEE Main mid-rank range.
