MIET Meerut Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From staring of 3 sem you are eligible for the placement. There are some companies like tech Mahindra etc which comes for placement. There is a 3.2 lack package. 70 % of students got placement. My plan for the future is to become a software developer

In my 2nd year course, placements are starting at the end of the first year. And Students have many opportunities to take placements during the 2nd semester. Many Companies are visited like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Infosys and many more. The average package is around 4.5 LPA.

3 sem students are eligible for college placements and many companies visit the campus average package offered. Is 3 lac but percentage of students getting placed is 60 to 70%.and companies are getting a lot.

Placement of college is good and companies like TCS, wipro, Infosys and IBM placed most of the students. Highest package provide by college I'd 75lakh/annjm. And average package is 4 lakh . Minimum percentage of student is for placement is 75 percent.

From 6th semester Wipro, TCS, Vodafone, Infosys. The average package of 3.5 lakhs upto 15 lakhs. More than 80% of students can get on-campus placement easily. I will prepare for Gate and take a master's degree in IT.

First of all, my course was unique from the other course. And other engineering courses were derived after Civil Engineering. My interest was always in civil engineering, that's why I opted for this course. Also, I would like to share that my batch was the first batch of civil engineering from my college. Sp, faculties were mostly experienced from their respective field jobs, which later shared all their actual field experience which have definitely helped me in my career. Exams always conducted as per the scheduled program which was given during the starting of any session.

I have chosen this course because I have a great interest in software and technology. In our college, faculties are highly qualified and teaching method is good but they need to improve that a little bit. There is about a 1:50 faculty-student ratio. Exams are held every week and it is easy to pass.

Placements and job opportunities are very good It totally depends on student calibur. Many companies visited the campus every year like TCS, Wipro, Samsung etc. College also provides the internship with collaboration with different companies. Indian Army and Airforce also offer jobs to mietens.

The placement facility is very good in the college even it is best as compared to other colleges in the area. some big MNC visits as mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Accenture etc. The average package goes for 6-7 lacs which is quite good as a fresher. Last year the highest package goes upto 25 lacs. My plan is also to get a placment in recognised company with a decent package.

There are a lot of companies that visited the campus for placement either it is related to your core or to IT sectors like Wipro ,TCS , byju's , samsung , micromax ,hexaware etc .There is a very high percentage of students getting placement like more than 75 % of people in E.C.E branch got placed this year on a highly motivating package. The highest is 75 lakh per annum and the average being 3.6 lakh per annum. The students became eligible for placement at the starting of their fourth year and gets placed till the mid sem. My plans after getting the degree are to become a research and developer for ISRO or DRDO and work for the nation...
