- The hostel is the best thing provided in the college.

Dislikes
- we dont have any cultural events to happen,we didn't celebrated any good days like pongal,deepavali they always focus on placements not this extra curricular activities
- Rules. Mainly focus on boys and girls should not talk. It is a offence there
- Formal dress. All the students should come in formals only the girls must come in chudithar no leggings allowed with pinned dupatta

Sixth semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements also they can do part_time jobs during the college class if the company got to you offered.
In the 2020 refresher bridge course, they tend to show them as well.
About 40 companies take students via campus and the offer made in RMKECC campus placements 2019 is around 350 i suppose among all students of another course UG as well. In 2020 it went to 443* out of 563 registered students and you can find these details in the college website www.rmkec.ac.in
After getting the degree i am planning to get job and after 2-3 years planning to do my own business.(entrepreneur).

Placement Experience:
Students will be eligible to attend the campus from semester 7 without arrears. I have attended TCS, HCL and Wipro. Got selected in HCL and Wipro but I have chosen. HCL to work. Here we have more than 95% of placements in our colleges.

Well ranked and in top 20 colleges of tamil nadu and good transport facility and good food facility and good number or companies visit in interview and well experience with rmk group of institutions used to do my schooling in rmk matriculation

Distance(since my parents were not willing to send me out of city), Placement(decent placement stats, at the least you will be placed in IT),disipline(according to my parents), food(really good),transportation (easy to go and come)

The college was listed among top 10 colleges in my State and provided better programs, infrastructure and job opportunities from companies compared to other colleges. So, it was a natural choice for me to choose this college.

My cousin referred me this college and they said Information technology will be comparitively easy than other courses.
My cousin also said that placements were also good in RMKEC so that I thought of choosing this college.

RMK has the best infrastructure and one of the best colleges in Chennai.The faculties are the best,there are lot of companies coming for campus interviews.Even lot of core companies are coming for campus interviews.

Remarks:
Because of the facilities given by the college for the students and the faculties interest towards students is good in many point of view. I opted this course because of my ambition which majorly relates to this course.

RMK Engineering College is affiliated with Anna University and is widely recognized for its academic standards. The institute ranks 30th in Tamil Nadu and 155th for BTech in India by NIRF 2020.
Admission Requirements:
RMK Engineering College offers various educational programs at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels on engineering and technology. Some of the popular courses at the institute are BTech, BE, MTech, ME, MCA, etc.
- The admissions to the UG level courses are made through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA).
- The admission process in the PG level courses is through TANCET and GATE.
Faculty:
