- Placement in rvce is very good for all circuit branches above 100000lpa easily but for core branches average is decent but good opportunities is provided for higher study and internships.
- Majority of teachers are done phd in the respective degree and also they have great experience in the core field and provide deep insights and knowledge of the core content and they help student in other aspects.
- The faculty were good in explaining things to the new students .
Dislikes
- There are not much scholarship opportunities or financial assistance provided by the institution.
- The management here is really bad, they cant plan things accordingly
- The wifi facility is not good inside hostel, it's not available at all

KMAT entrance exam is must to get entrance in RVCE . My score is 80 percentile. College have also management seat . 50 Percent seats is filled by management quota.

This is the best college for engineering in Karnataka. The management is top class with discipline given on cleanliness. The buildings are huge and spacey.

I had taken up many entrance tests for (AIEEE, CET, IIT) etc but I ended up choosing RVCE since it is in my home town and feasible to me.My CET ranking was 346 and I opted for this college since it is one of the reputed colleges in India and top engineering college in Karnataka.

I got 16662 rank in IIT JEE (jee advance) 42k rank in AIEEE and 783 rank in COMEDK. I had no other choice except bangalore so i took RVCE. COMEDK question paper is very easy and any average student can get good rank if his basic is good.

I was an NRI. So, I didn't take any entrance tests. I joined college, through Management Quota. I chose the course as suggested by many of my cousins, and also the scope of it.
