RAIT Faculty

The college boasts a well-qualified faculty, with most members holding M.Tech degrees and many pursuing or having completed PhDs, often from esteemed institutions such as IITs and NITs. The faculty is experienced, with many having over 10 years of teaching experience. They are generally described as friendly, approachable, and supportive, offering guidance on academic matters and encouraging participation in extracurricular activities. The teaching methodology includes the use of smart boards and e-attendance, and faculty members are often available for doubt-clearing sessions outside regular class hours.

However, project development and research support could be improved, as not all faculty members excel in these areas. The Computer Science branch is particularly noted for having some of the best faculty. Faculty-student coordination is strong, and faculty members often cover for each other if needed. The faculty to student ratio is favorable, and a mentor system is in place to support students throughout their academic journey. Overall, the faculty is seen as knowledgeable and experienced, but students are encouraged to engage actively and seek clarification when needed.
