This very poor in the college we don't have any placements int the college there will less placements in the college for example if there is 100 students only 5 to 6 students will be selected for the placements so placements is very poor in the college.

There is 100% placement for students who scores more that 60% throughout the 4 years. And many companies are providing internship for students. There will be also a separate office for the placement and internship office in our college.

The placement was great for my batch and in fact better than our senior batch. The highest salary offered was 90 lacs per year by Samsung, south Korea. I don't know about lowest but it might be somewhere around 5 LPA. Tech giants like Google, Samsung, Microsoft, etc come almost every year. There were a lot of startups too, like Housing, Olacabs, etc. Most students went to the software developer, business developer, and operations profile. More than 70% people got an internship from the college.

Swami Vivekananda Institute of Technology records about 15-20% placements. Infosys is the highest recruiter followed by Wipro BPO and Mahindra Satyam. Students from ECE, CSE and IT departments are the ones who get these jobs. Salaries offered are not very good, CTC is up tp 1.2-2.0 lack per anum

About my internship experience in my college was very poor as there are less number of colleges are providing the internships in my college. Comapnies like Serco, HSBC, Simtech came and they provided the stipend up to 8000 per month.

Coming to the placements and job opportunities, moderate placements was held in our college at my period.we discussed with the senior faculties about this issue too. around 200 people were placed in various software and telecom companies. Companies like Dell, Microsoft, Accenture, Serco etc. They offered good packages to depends on students capabilities.

My college provides internships very often that's the point we took seriously some time in our college, we discussed with faculty we have to provide regular internships.

Totally there were 100-200 members placed at that period of time and the details of the companies may varies 117 students received pre placement offers from their Summer Internships, which is 20% higher compared to last year. In the Lateral Placement process, which was conducted for students with more than 22 months of work experience, received 127 offers been made by firms in varied domains like strategy, leadership, product management, consulting and general management. 41 students were offered international placements from various firms for global locations. 9 candidates chose to join Social Ventures in the Final Placements.

Yes, my college has internship and I had an enjoyable, positive and educational internship at New London Hospital. I loved the people I worked with, and my assignments were interesting and challenging. I learned skills and information that cannot be learned in the classroom, and now I have a base knowledge of what to expect after graduation.
