- The Faculty at Hansraj is amazing and teachers are genuinely trying to help students
- Sports activities available and also the sports equipments are well organised and conditioned
- The Library is equipped with all the latest books and one can rely on library rather than wasting money on buying readings
Dislikes
- The newly inaugurated the matti cafe is so expensive that being students canteen is only in our affordable range
- Some of the old classroms are equiped with A/C but they seems not to be working

Placement Experience:
I think from the final year final semester the students became eligible for campus placements and if you want to know more about the placement scenario at different colleges you must visit ht e college website or the placement cell of that particular college
The average package offered at Hansraj is 6LPA and the highest is 20 LPA.
Mainly the job profiles are from the finance sector. The BCOM and ECO hons graduates are the most students in demand.
As I am doing CMA as well I am not dependent upon college only for the placement however if I didn't get placed through college or CMA then I can approach companies through LinkedIn.
It is the skills that matter the most degree is just there to make you eligible.

- The library at the college is well maintained and has nearly all the needful books for students
- The students culture at the college is very encouraging and helps us grow as a person
- The experienced faculty is very helpful and help in gaining a lot of insights into the subject

- The curriculum can be better designed with proper consultation from the students community
- The classrooms infrastructure can be better repaired if proper funding is available from the govt and university
Course Curriculum Overview:
Philosophy as a discipline offers a unique way to enhance your understanding and outlook towards the world. It opens up our minds and transforms us into thinking being. Thus, I opted for the course.
The faculty is quite experienced and very humble.
The ratio of faculty to students is optimum as Philosophy Honours is a relatively newer course at Hansraj College. The curriculum too is well designed, though some absurdities do exist.
Examinations do not have a very heavy bearing as the number of papers is at a maximum of 5, thus giving ample time throughout the semester to prepare and develop a good understanding of the subject

- I hate the dirty politics done by thw poltical students in the campus.
Placement Experience:
Placements of our college are done by one of the societies of our college which is Placement cell.
They make resumes for the students and make them able to get jobs in campus placements when companies from different parts of the country Visits to the campus. From the 5th semester, students get eligible for campus placements.
Many companies like Flipkart, Ekart, myntra, ICICI bank, hdfc bank, etc came to our campus for placements.
The highest package received by a student was around 7.5 lakhs per annum and the average package received by students is 4 to 5 lakhs per annum.

- The college library is spacious, clean, and has a huge variety of books to choose from along with a great environment to study.
- The various places to eat in college provide great choices that are pocket friendly as well.
- The vibe of the LP was great along with the famed Wall of Hansraj Alumni.
Dislikes
- The old classes were small and did not have ACs but they are now being renovated.
Placement Experience:
Usually students in the final years become eligible for placements, there are a few cases of second years getting placed as well. There is a dedicated placement cell to handle placements of students. A few companies include Bain & Co., Deloitte, KPMG, McKinsey & Company, ICICI bank etc. The highest package offered last year was 36.5 LPA with the average package being 7.3 LPA. Around 50% of the students get placed as the rest decide to continue with their Masters. I plan to prepare for UPSC examination post my graduation

- I liked the Hansraj Campus. It has the best campus as it is in North campus of DU.
- The faculty members of our college are very cooperative and helpful. They would suggest in in field of your life.
Dislikes
- The events sometimes gets cancelled due to great crowd.
- Even the permission is not permissible in case of events in late evening.
Placement Experience:
The company have field of many scopes also other than the tech field but if we talk about tech field then there tech associates post, tech consultant and software developer. The highest paid salary was given by DE Shaw last year of 21.5 Lac CTC. Around 90% students are placed through the college. I am thinking to pursue Masters after my graduation degree

My plan after getting the degree is to study for the UPSC exam.

- The sport facilities are pretty good we have badminton court cricket ground

- College library should open 24 hours .
- Annual fest should be conducted asap. .
- I don't find another negative point .

Yes our college provide placement and they are good . The avg package for the last session is 7 lakh per annum and the major mnc s are recruiting from our college on different profiles like finance , consulting . But for our course mainly 2 profile are recruited and they are consulting and sales .

- I got the unique opportunity to meet a lot of amazing people which helped me improve my network
- I recieved research opportunities in second semester
- The practical application at Hansraj College is one of the best in DU. Not to mention Hansraj has the biggest library in the DU.
Dislikes
- Placement is not really good. It could be better
- Campus is small. And often i feel the architecture could have been a little better
- I feel the syllabus for my course shall be updated with better books and more defined concepts
Placement Experience:
I'm still in the second year of my college but from what I've seen the placement are fine and you get to experience a lot. The highest package was around 20,00,000 and average package is 600000 rupees.

One of my friends graduated with a B.A Economics (H) from Hansraj last year. So, I think I can answer your question.
Here are some of the best things about the institute.
- This college has an ‘old world’ feel. The infrastructure of the college is great.
- The fee structure is affordable as compared to other private colleges.
- It has some incredible graduates, including Shahrukh Khan, Ranvijay, and Anurag Kashyap. The list is really long.
- Amazing crowd, the individuals here are both fun and hardworking at the same time. Admission is based on merit in qualifying examinations.
- Some of our professors are truly amazing, you will not find such professors at other colleges, even SRCC.
- There are many societies to explore like dramatics, photography society, and fine arts society, etc.
- The hostel was my friend’s home for three years, and there is simply no better place to stay when studying at Hansraj. However, it doesn’t have a girls’ hostel.
- North Campus has the best college location.
You will not regret choosing the institute.
