Course Curriculum Overview:
I want to do my graduation in mathematics so, I decided to choose BSc (H) Mathematics instead of the BSc program. I highly recommend that if you have a great interest in mathematics then you may go to this course otherwise this course become a headache for you. Before taking admission in this course make sure to check atleast once the whole syllabus of the course which you can easily find out on the official site of Delhi University that is du.ac.in. You don't need to worry about faculty members of Hansraj College, they are well just awesome. They are well qualified and well educated. They are always ready to help you and they are very friendly. The faculty: student ratio is about 1:14. This course is all-around 3 years, 2 semesters per annum. After every 6 months, a semester exam has been conducted by the university and you have to qualify for each and every semester exams. They are very easy to pass, nothing much hard in the examination. Paper strictly based on the given syllabus.

One can start applying for placements in his/her 5th semester or 6th semester of the college.
Big 4, McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting group are some of the esteemed companies show participation.
The cell received the highest salary package of 20.5 LPA offered by DC Shaw and the average package of the last batch went up to 5.7 LPA.
I have to start preparing for my civil services examination after the completion of my undergraduate degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:
If you have an interest in Mathematics then you may opt for this course otherwise this course is like a burden on you and I suggest that before taking admission in this course please go through the syllabus and curriculum of this course. You have no such problem regarding faculty members of this department. All the faculty members are well qualified and well educated. All are friendly in nature and always ready to help you. They give their full potential to explaining any concepts as much as they can. In my class there are 68 students and faculty: student ratio is about 17:1. This whole course is divided into 6 semesters and after every 6 months each semester exam held means 2 semesters per annum. You have to qualify each and every semester exams and semester exams are very easy to pass. Examination paper totally based on the well-defined syllabus issued by the university and if you stick to the syllabus you easily pass each semester exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose BCom Hons as I am doing my Chartered Accountant Course, and the subjects are quite similar to it. The student ratio is quite normal for the 50:50 girls to boys ratio. We have plenty of space in our college to hang out together. The faculty is excellent with pretty much every female teacher. The teaching is also superbly with quality notes. Exams are quite tough with Sem 1 Accounting paper out of the syllabus

After 4th-semester students become eligible for the campus placements.
An average of around 60% of students got placed from the courses b.com Hons. The highest salary package offered in the course was 18 LPA and was provided by Amazon India in the year 2016.
my plans after getting my degree are to get my master's degree and to opt for Ph.D. if possible.

Placement Experience:
Placements in Hansraj college is not good for all courses. Placements are provided for few courses like computer science, commerce etc. And for these courses placements are still good, you can get a very good lpa by doing some extra works like some kind of technical work and giving more active participation in college extra curriculum activities. As I am from BSc. Maths honours so I have no idea about in which semester we have eligible for placements. things. Selection of students for placements are also good but competition is also good so you have to do your extra efforts for getting a good opportunity. After my BSc.. maths honours degree I want to do higher studies as I want to attain more understand and deep mathematics knowledge. Zomato, Kotak, airtel,niit etc. companies visited in Hansraj college. The average package for placements are 6-7 lacs, the lowest package is approx. 5-6 lacs and the highest package is 28-30 lacs.

The placement from the college has started from the third year and there are many top recruiting company has been come in our college for replacement of the student in the companies the company's name are as follows united airlines, mckinsey and company, boston consulting group etc. the highest ctc stood at inr 24.5 lps which was offered by d e shaw followed by futures first a first-time recruiter offered a package of inr 12.4 alp whereas the average package stood at i n r 5.7 dua help during the 2020 placement arrived to 14 students participated out of which 160 students were placed achieving the 70% placements. the students require experience of marketing and management seats for placements. they require a business skill for placements. and some other skill also required for business for recruiting a company. generally i have no any intention to recruitment in a company after graduation.

The Student becomes eligible for placement after 4 semesters the student is invited for on job training from companies like Tata, Reliance, Airtel etc the min percentage required is 90 percent along with some skills. The highest package is of 60 lakh to a student who is a college topper

Placement Experience:
There is a very good placement rate at Hansraj college. I can say there are not good placement options for my course but after coming to Delhi University you can get diverse career options as you can go for SSC cgl, SSC CPO, UPSC, State PCS, CDS, AFCAT and many more government services. Other than this one can do masters in the interested course and can get a good package.
After graduation one can appear for competitive exams like IIT jam, CAT ( exam for MBA ), Clat ( law exam) and many more.
I have a simple plan after completing my graduation I will appear for the union public service examination. I will start my preparation from 2nd year itself UPSC provides you with a very diverse platform to perform. My plan B is to go for SSC and other state level examinations after completing graduation.

Placements are a very crucial factor for students to take admission in any college. The placement rate for this college of BCom Hons is very fair. Moreover, overall placements are also good. For BCom Hons average package varies from 4 to 6 lakh rupees.

One of my friends graduated with a B.A Economics (H) from Hansraj last year. So, I think I can answer your question.
Here are some of the best things about the institute.
- This college has an ‘old world’ feel. The infrastructure of the college is great.
- The fee structure is affordable as compared to other private colleges.
- It has some incredible graduates, including Shahrukh Khan, Ranvijay, and Anurag Kashyap. The list is really long.
- Amazing crowd, the individuals here are both fun and hardworking at the same time. Admission is based on merit in qualifying examinations.
- Some of our professors are truly amazing, you will not find such professors at other colleges, even SRCC.
- There are many societies to explore like dramatics, photography society, and fine arts society, etc.
- The hostel was my friend’s home for three years, and there is simply no better place to stay when studying at Hansraj. However, it doesn’t have a girls’ hostel.
- North Campus has the best college location.
You will not regret choosing the institute.
