Approximately 98% of the faculty are doctorate holders, with many possessing over 20 years of industry experience. The marketing department is particularly noted for its faculty's extensive corporate background. Faculty members are approachable and supportive, offering assistance during exams and the placement process, and they engage in modern teaching methodologies despite most being above 50 years of age.

The college also hosts industry experts and alumni as visiting faculty, enhancing practical knowledge through workshops and corporate guest lectures. The teacher-to-student ratio is favorable, and faculty members ensure the completion of the syllabus while incorporating additional real-world insights. There are four to five lectures daily, and the faculty employs interactive teaching methods to engage students effectively.
