University College of Technology, Osmania University Hyderabad Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Basically the curriculum is little old and it needs to be changed. The latest and modern topics needs to be included in the curriculum. The present courses are very fundamental and deep. And very needed.

I choose this course because it have a great demand and the people that are graduated in food tech are very less .so this made me choose this course and this college's degree have a great recognition so this made me choose this.

From 6th semester the students become eligible for the campus placements.we have many companies,some are welspon ,Aditya Birla etc.., always visits our college every year and they will give the job opportunity to the students.Maximim 50-60 percent of the students get the placements.

7semister we are allowed to sit for placement. In 5-6 th semister we are giving training to handle interviews and group discussion. Pinnacle,L and T, ONGC, NFC,IICT, THE HIGHEST PACKAGE WAS 7.5 lpa. By pinnacle. 30-60% get placed depending on the availablity of jobs and the no of people eligible. We need to secure atleast 8.0 CGPA. And working on papers and project will give a huge boost to resume. I'm planning to write gate and get a job or try doing masters.

After 6 th Semester students are eligible for Campus drives and placements. Companies that visit are: Sun Pharma Dr Reddy's Mankind Highest is 10 LPA,Avg Package will be around 5.0 LPA,based on your performance It's rough here ,due to negligence and laziness in students may students fail to qualify for placement drives ,so anyone with a fail in any semester may face rejection for Jobs.

After 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements swiggy Amazon. Infosys. IFSC and here 16 lakhs is highest package and 6 lpa is the average package they provided to students 70+ % of students are getting placements and not they are making this to 100 percent so that every student can vary a source of income to bring a good pricing manager in ifsc

I chose this course because my background is a diploma in chemical engineering we have faculty for every subject and might be 1:20, students and every teacher is a post graduate and MTech and term exams are conducted every six months and difficulty is based on the student writing the exam.

We get different placement opportunities from different companies and there is no need for another searching after the completion of out b tech life. And we have different government undertakings also provided. We are eligible for the 4th year 1 semester after our projects submission. There are different companies like hetero, L&T, and other software and as well as chemical-related companies are coming. We are getting a minimum and maximum of 14-22LPA average package according to the company arrived and based on students' knowledge. The percentage of getting a chance to campus placements is 75percentage. My plan after btech is to get a good rank in GATE Nad want to study MS in IIT Kharagpur.

I choose this course because we have a good scope for learning and having practical knowledge. Faculty helps us in various ways and they have good experience which helps us in many ways. We have exams every 5 months and it was difficult to learn and implement
