The hostel facilities include a total accommodation capacity of 270 boys in the Chavara Building and 466 girls across the Matha, Devamatha, and Devamatha Annexe Buildings. The hostels are designed to house 100% of interns, 60% of residents, and 75% of nurses. The buildings are 4-storied with separate structures for boys and girls.

Rooms are generally twin-sharing, with single rooms available upon request. Basic amenities like tables, cupboards, and beds are provided, although bathrooms and toilets are shared. Each hostel includes a mess, with a menu that offers non-vegetarian options four times a week, changing every three months. The mess fee is Rs 4000 per month, separate from the annual hostel fees of Rs 65,000-70,000.

All hostels have sports facilities, and the rooms are well-ventilated and cleaned weekly.
