- Greenary and plantations location of the college
- Connectivity from the bus and railway station is good
- Location is suitable for transport and easy come and go to college
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is not upto its mark not extending the building
- There is only few hostel rooms for students most of the students need to find rooms and hostel outside
- Their is no sports play ground for the iet college itself you have to go to the davv University itself
Placement Experience:
Companies often visit the college for placement. The placements are decent. The highest package even goes to 28 lpa and the lowest is 3.5 lpa. The average package is 7.5 lpa. From the seventh or eighth semester students are allowed to sit for placement.

- Nature of faculties is very good over here and they are very supportive.
- Attendance is the best part of our collage . Not follow strict policy for attendance.
Dislikes
- Campus is very old .Our mechanical block is the oldest
- Strength of girls here is very low can be improved.
- Grass here is not maintained for sports .
Placement Experience:
Placements here are very good like better than private colleges and inferior than NITs.
Companies like ZS Associate, Groww, Cognizant Wipro and Accenture offer multiple offers. The highest package was 57lpa in 2022 by BM Ware but it was off campus

- Great infrastructure with facilities of canteen

- To much greenery their with low building
Placement Experience:
The placements in college offered widely by companies lot of companies visit collages every year with around 7 to 8 lakh average package, companies like MNCs tata, Google, Microsoft etc, competitive prep after a degree

- Sports & extra curricular activities I like the most in the college.
Dislikes
- I disliked the infrastructure made which is pretty old and needs renovation.
Placement Experience:
The students are eligible for internship from the 6th semester for campus placements.
There are many companies that visit our campus like Cognizant, Accenture, tata and many more.
Accenture(250 offers), Cognizant(150 offers), Wipro(70 offers), Infosys(150 offers), LTI(85). The highest package of 20 lakh offered by Vmware, nuclei and two more companies give almost the same packages to 10-12 students. Companies like ZS, quantify and 7-8 more companies offered packages around 9-10 lakhs.
Around 80% of students get placed in IET DAVV

- I liked the teachers and their way of teaching.
- I liked the cultural club and fests and management all are better then expected.
- Campus is very big . It is very green Done.
Dislikes
- Sports facilities is not that good in our college.
- Classes are also not well furnished, and not comfortable.
- Events are very less , study is more priorities.
Placement Experience:
Placements are good for the college, from the third semester students are eligible for placement. Big mncs have visited our college - amazon, google, etc. The highest placement was 1 crore off-campus last year. And the average package is 7 lpa. Almost 80% of students got placed.

- I liked thee fests and seniors and not ragging policy there.
- The campus is good as there is too much greenery.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is very bad the walls the computers the ceiling
- The iet campus does not have any sports facility like main campus
Placement Experience:
You can be placed from 6 sem. depending upon you and your academics.
a lot of companies visit there like goldman sachs, growmore, Zx Associates, Yash technologies etc.
avg pckg is 7 lacs and the highest was 57 lacs off campus.
approx 80 per cent of students got placed.

- Campus Life is healthy and good you get a lot of apportunities to improve and grow your skills and knowledge
- The teachers are very supportive and encouraging
Dislikes
- Sports complex are not present in the campus
Placement Experience:
Most students become eligible for campus placement from 3rd year, The average package is around 700000 and the highest package is around 2000000 to 26000000
Most of the students can easily get placements from the college

- Clubs, labs are well equipped. Great social life.
- Great events and stuff, mostly get organised at University.
- Faculties possess in-depth knowledge of their respective fields.
Dislikes
- Bad maintenance of washrooms and public amenities.
- College campus is in midst of forested area.
- Scholarships get sanctioned on time but do not get credited on time.
Placement Experience:
Semester 6 makes one eligible for placement drives. The highest packages may go up to 65 lakh for off-campus, highest on campus would be around 22 lakh. The average offered, inclusive of all branches is 5-6 lakh.

- Faculty are awesome and well interactive.
- No ragging policies and friendly environment.
- Lush green campus and cleanliness throughout college.
Dislikes
- Poor infrastructure and sanitation system.
- No well organized team for running certain tasks
- No time management by the faculty for their period.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I want to become a software engineer so this course is suitable for me
We have two sections in the CSE department each of 80-80 students. The teachers are well qualified and very punctual.
Many teachers got their Ph. D.s in their respective subjects.
All the times for the exams and class tests are regular and followed strictly.

- Clubs and events, E-Cell IET DAVV is the most active Club that organizes all activities
- Attendance leniency, we are not restricted to the 75% criteria of Attendance
- Campus Greenery, the campus is green and there are lots of trees here
Dislikes
- Annual Cultural Fest 'Aakshank' is no more organized
- College politics between Hostelers and Day Scholars
- Faculties don't give permission to organize events easily
Placement Experience:
Campus placements have degraded due to the contemporary recession in the Tech Industry. You become eligible for campus placements in your 7th Semester of study. The average package goes around 5-6 LPA. The placement stats were high before recession.

If you are thinking to join the Institute of Engineering and Technology, DAVV, Indore, then it would not be an idle choice. It is better you take a drop and take coaching and then enroll in some other college.
Do not waste your four years of study in IET DAVV or SGSITS. You will graduate from IET DAVV with not a promising placement and salary package. Invest your time and money in good coaching institutes. If you work hard and ready to complete your further studies then your year will not be wasted.
- IET DAVV has good Computer Engineering and IT departments as compared to other departments. So if you are thinking to get into one of these, then it would be a better decision.
- As other departments of IET DAVV will not help you gaining and acquiring any knowledge.
- Faculties of IET DAVV also don’t excel in critical thinking, knowledge, skills, and others. But they are very co-operative and help students.
- As compared to other colleges IET DAVV has a good reputation.
- Whatever you learn from IET DAVV is from its campus environment, cultural activities, and fests. These events and activities will help to gain leadership skill, boosting your confidence, and makes you a better person.
The IET DAVV staffs are friendly, they will get you books and e-learning materials. You will surely go to make good friends here.
Therefore, if you are ready to do hard work, then you will surely have a prosperous career after graduating from IET DAVV

What are the reviews of Aakshank IET DAVV over the years?

Aakshank is the annual cultural fest of IET DAVV which is organized in the last week of February every year. This fest has been conducted since 2000 and every year the level of the fest keeps on upgrading. IET has also conducted various rock concerts where they have called top celebrities like KK, Kailash Kher, Gajendra Verma, Euphoria, DJ Willy, and many more.
Aakshank is a fest in which a plethora of events are conducted both day and night. A few day events include Paintball, Zorbing, Burma Bridge, Stunt Mania, Laser Tag, Foot Zorbing, Pinball, Street football, Street cricket, Blind date, Foosball, Angry birds, Lan gaming, Xbox, etc. There are several other outstanding events which are conducted in the college auditorium like Inter and Intra College Dance (Naach), Singing (Vaani), Skit Competition (Adaakari), and Kavi Sammelan.
With the success of Aakshank every year, this fest is receiving many sponsors which will make the next season a big hit.
- The celebrity performers are the major attraction of the fest. Though there is a ticket system. If you want to see the live celebrity performance, you have to buy a ticket for Rs. 100. Many other colleges charge even more than that. In fact, DJ night is also charged at various colleges. So, the budget point of Aakshank is quite pocket-friendly.
- Aakshank has a larger crowd than any other fest conducted in IET whether it is Fluxus or any other minor fest. Even the enthusiasm in the crowd set the vibes to another level.
- Apart from DJ Night and Star Night, there are many other adventurous events that are totally free of cost.
- Every year, this fest brings something unique like in the year 2019, India’s best comedian, Zakhir Khan performed at Aakshank.
- Not only the performers, but the participants are also very energetic during the events.
- There is a special social media team who are made to share posts and pamphlets timely on social media to keep everyone updated. The creative team as well as a promotional team make sure to bring the best out of the fest by promoting the required content related to the fest timely.
For a student of IET DAVV, Aakshank is a big thing, it’s not just a fest but it's an emotion that each student lives. With the dedicated team, Aakshank is growing every year and will remain the best fest of Central India always.
