- Each year, we all dance together during a festival called blitz, which is pretty enjoyable.
- The college has many scholarships for bright students like the apj abdul kalam scholarship for pol science students.
- Good teaching faculty that helps us to engage in college activities

- It happens sometimes that classes are cancelled and teacher does not give prior information about the cancellation of the classes that waste the time of the students that can be used for studies
- No real time projects in the course- there was very less learning as they had the fixed curriculum which needs to be followed and no real time or interesting projects related to the course
- The faculty member is good but not better than my expected level

Course Curriculum Overview:
My course was MA in Political Science and the faculty of the north campus used to teach us as we don't need to attend classes in the college and had a take lecture in the arts faculty of the north campus. The professors are highly qualified and have a lot of experience. The 2 years of PG will have 4 external examinations and 8 internal examinations.

I just visited 1 company and BOOM, landed a job. Number of offers: 17
Highest package was 5 lakh, lowest being 3 lakh, on an average everyone mostly offered 3.5 to 4 lakhs.
89% students got placement.

B.Com is oe of the finest course that DU provides and I choose this course because it is very much similar to my CA course. hence not putting extra burden on meThe Student teacher ration is around 40:1The college faculty is very well qualified and have adequate knowledge as well as experience. Their teaching method is very much understandableThe exams occurs evry 2 times a year that means 1 year is divivded into 2 semesters and whole course has 6 semesters

Satyawati college provides ample placement opportunities. Every year annual placement fest Innovation is held in which more than 1500 students apply and more than 60 companies visit college. The highest package offered till now is 32 LPA and the average package is 12 LPA. Companies like OYO, Decathlon, Planet spark, Biju's, Swiggy, Zomato, Bajaj Capital, etc. have recruited more than 400 students from the college.

Placement Experience:
Placement opportunities are very satisfactory in our college. Around 60-70% of the students who wish to avail such benefits get through the processes and secure feasible jobs. Usually, the students in their final year (preferably in the 6th semester of their graduation) are eligible for campus placements. The packages, at maximum, traverse between 6-7 lacs per annum depending on the respective field of the student. As per my further plans of mine are concerned, I wish to pursue higher studies (Master of Arts) after my graduation. I might even prepare and opt for the prestigious Civil Service Examinations.

To provide placements & internships to students, the college has its own Placement Cell (Saksham). A students after completing semester 5, he/she is elegible for placements.
Recently BYJU'S, URBAN COMPANY, S&P GLOBAL, EY (A STARTUP, TRAINED BY EY), POPXO, DECATHLON, Tresvista, EduExcellence, Concentrix Daksh, Genpact, eWards, Aglasem, IDBI Life Insurance,The Financial Doctors, OYO Rooms, Zomato, NIIT Ltd, Aglasem, Juncture Advertising, The Visionific Organisation had visited the college for recruitment. The position offered by them is differed from one another.
The highest package offered in recent years is 14 LPA. Whereas, the average package is between 6 LPA.

The placement of satyawati college is seen by the Saksham society, which is the e-cell and placement wing of satyawati college. We have many placement recruiters some of them are BYJUS, URBAN COMPANY, IDBI LIFE INSURANCE, DECATHLON, ZOMATO, GENPACT, POPXO, NIIT LTD, OYO ROOMS, TRESVISTA and etc. There are 400 plus opportunities are provided on the campus regarding placement with packages as high as 32lacs per year.

Saksham: the Placement and E-cell of Satyawati college(M) serves as an interface that allows college students to reach out to the respective recruiters and get quality exposure through internships and job opportunities. In coordination with the Placement cell of Delhi University, Saksham assists students in the registration process. Satyawati was a part of the Delhi University campus before it was relocated to Ashok Vihar.
When you are admitted to one of the DU colleges, you place a high value on education. There are many amenities in college that other colleges do not have, one of which is the Largest Auditorium at DU.
It's a good college with friendly students. The seniors are helpful. There are numerous co-curricular societies to which one can belong. Ragging is prohibited at the college because of the anti-ragging policy. Except for a few, the teachers have extensive experience and training. The building's infrastructure is adequate, and the classrooms are also spacious. There is a fantastic library as well. The canteen is excellent. The ground is in good condition and is well-maintained.
