Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech or B.E in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering discipline for M.Tech Electrical Engineering, or B.Tech in Mechanical or related discipline for M.Tech Mechanical Engineering, with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognised university (45% for SC/ST and PwD candidates)
- Valid GATE 2026 score in the corresponding paper is required for merit-based selection: EE paper for Electrical Engineering and ME paper for Mechanical Engineering
- Non-GATE candidates may be considered for remaining seats through WB PGET, subject to seat availability and MAKAUT norms
