Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj College of Engineering was established in 2011 and running under the society Ahmednagar Jilha Maratha Vidya Prasark Samaj. It is affiliated to University of Pune and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) New Delhi, Govt. of Maharashtra, recognized by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE). The institute has an Anti ragging committee and Ragging is strictly prohibited inside and outside the premise of institute.
The institute has all necessary facilities like library, sports, medical facility, chemistry laboratory, physics laboratory, computer laboratory, well equipped classroom, outdoor-indoor games, auditorium etc. The faculty is well educated and experienced in their subjects.
