Choosing bcom hons was the best idea as hons degree are now of 4 years which will be beneficial in future for students going to pursue phd they can easily start phd without an mba if they have an 4 year degree

i was going for bba first but then i got bcom h sooo i found that in this i will get more detailed overview for accounts gst so i found all this in my field or i can say my forte so i am enjoying thiss andd in internals they take 2-3 exams together in one day and submission of assignments give amply of time to complete them andd ther one on one teaching method or two way communication is pretty good

Curriculum is semi modern in the fact that they teach current technology but the old method of implementing said technology, all/most of the softwares used for teaching stopped receiving support before we were even born

Campus placement scenario is very good here and students from 4th semester are eligible for campus placements.This year placement season is still going on and still companies are coming like BIG4s and other accounting and finance firms, however as per previous year data highest package was offered by DE Shaw which was 37 Lpa and average package was 5.5 Lpa. Profiles offered were Sales and Marketing, Consulting, Research, Finance, Audit Analyst, Actuarial Analyst. Companies like Deloitte, Pwc, Ey, Crowe LLP, Zomato, Bain, BCG, KPMG and 30+ companies visited here. Around 60-70% students get placed here.

I chose Bcom honours because it is a popular course. I hope to get a good placement from college. The curriculum provides knowledge about various fields such as accounts, economics , business mathematics, law etc. Hence we get basic knowledge about various domains and we can choose which option to pursue afterwards

students are eligible from 5 semester and the companies visited here includes popular names like delloite, kpmg, de shaw co. etc. highest package was 22 lpa last year and average was around 5.5 lpa, more than 390 offers were made out of which 350 got placed, i am planning to do mba after this degree

BMS is one of the best courses in DU, and the curriculum that we read is completely relevant to the real world as the questions that we solve in the classroom are based on real life with interactive approach specially in fundamentals of management wherein we discuss of case studies.

From 5th sem students are eligible for placements Last year all big companies visited the big 4 also visited the college almost 25 % people were placed in campus placement highest package was 35 lpa that is quite good for a ug college.

The placement are quite good and better than various north campus colleges because of its speciality in commerce field The companies which visited last year were- Dell IBM Canon Google HP MakeMyTrip and various MNCs Highest package was I think around 18LPA And lowest would be around-5LPA Around 70% student opted for campus placements I am pursuing PROFESSIONAL COURSE(CA).
