Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placement after the 6th semester. But with no kt in any of the semesters. Many companies visit the campus rounds like KP Morgan, Infosys, Google, Tech Mahindra, etc. The average package is 3 lakhs and the highest package goes to 30 lakhs. There are 80% of students get placed in companies every year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In Thakur college of Engineering and Technology, the faculty is good I choose this course computer engineering because it is one where we get good placement and it is interesting because the ratio of my class is 64 and the lectures are interesting and we get a lot of knowledge.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is a more upcoming field nowadays. As we see the need for IT engineers it is the correct decision to choose this field. Overall curriculum and faculty of the college are quite good as they focus more on improving the skills of students and providing the best knowledge to students. There are 3-semester exams are held with one end sem exam in one semester.

Term exams of the first two semesters were late due to COVID and the Online semester but after that the term exams and ISE were nice. It was not too difficult to pass when proper preparation was done and we would pass easily if we sit all the regular lectures.

I had chosen Computer engineering because I had quite good knowledge of coding as well as it's in high demand in the past few years and at present as well, the faculty of the college had a great knowledge of subjects and the syllabus covered overall in each field.

Placement Experience:

Companies that visit our college include JP Morgan, Accenture, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc. Most of the students in computer, it and aids branch gets placed in some or the other companies. But very few of the core engineering Branch students are able to get it since no of companies for core branches is quite low.

Talking about Thakur college of Engineering and Technology is the best with its interior design and beautiful and clean campus. The course I am doing is BE in computer engineering I choose this course because it is where we get a good placement also interesting opportunities are available.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts around 6 sem. companies including Amazon, jp Morgan Chase, Accenture, and many more offering packages up to 20Lakh. About 70-80 percent of students get placed and others go for masters.

Almost 60 percent of students sit for placement and the majority of 80 percent get decent placement. Rest 40 percentage of students opt for master and other post graduation. Like talking about me, I am strongly considering master after my degree.
