Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE), Bangalore was established in 1979 by Sri R Dayananda Sagar and is run by Mahatma Gandhi Vidyaa Peeta Trust today. It started with the basic courses of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The college offers UG, PG and doctoral programmes under Visvesvaraya Technological University.
