My experience in L.N. Mishra college of business management

Likes

The Faculties are good and all the professors and are very cooperative.
The lab is also very good and fully air conditioning and the system mets the requirements that we need to run different software for coding in BCA
The library of the college are well managed and all the books are available form different courses and writers.

Dislikes

There is no hostel facility in the college campus for students.
The Placement in not upto the mark. Very few students get the chance of getting a job or internship
The college campus is very small and no fest and events are organised by college aslo there is no clubs for social interaction.

Placement Experience:

The Placement ratio of my college is very low . From the 5th semester students usually start getting placed. The main companies who come for the placement in BCA are TCS , Infosys and Wipro. The exact data of the total no. of offers made is unknown. The highest package offered by the companies is 3.5LPA and the average package is 2LPA to BCA students. The percentage of the students getting placements is very low. I want to pursue higher education for better career growth by pursuing MCA.

Likes

Faculty are friendly not all but some are friendly
Class are regularly and at time to time exam should conducted.
Fee are good not to much costly or High, it is average

Dislikes

For BCA, IT companies can't be come in college.
This is not a college, this is a school, college management run the college like schools
Some faculties are too rude and their behaviour is not good

Course Curriculum Overview:

The decision was good but in right now the course, their syllabus are not enough for jobs and any thing. In BCA, syllabus are too much basic. So i think you should not depend on the course, always learn Something new from youtube and any medium

MY Experience with Academics and Internships at LNM college

Likes

The campus fosters a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Students and faculty member are very collabrative
The faculty of L.N Mishra college of Business Management are generally Knowledgable and experienced. 90% of the faculty member are PHD holder. Most profecessor are approchable and provide usefull mentorship both inside and outside the classroom.
The campus provide descent infrastructure with well-maintained classrooms, labs, and libraries

Dislikes

One noticable part aspect is that there's an imbalance in the girls and boys ratio.
while the placemment cell does help students connect companies, there is a room for improvement in terms of the number and quality of companies that come to the campus.
while academic life is strong, there could be more extracurricular activities and sports opportunities to balance the intense course work.

Placement Experience:

Placement at thiis college are limited, with students eligible from the 6th semester. companies like TCS, HDFC BANK, WIPRO visit offering around 20-30 offers annually The highest package is about RS 6LPA, with an average of RS 3-4 LPA. Only 30% of students secure placement. After graduation I plan to pursue MASTARS DEGREE .

A complete review of my college Life

This college is one of the best college in the town and also in northern bihar areas in aspect of campus life and infrastructure this college has a basket ball court parking space canteen chilled water facilities 24*7 electricity facility
Class room faculties are very supportive and friendly having a good behaviour with students although college organises different cultural program and competitions on time to time
Exams are conducted on time results are scheduled on time management of college is also good for their students college provides 3 computer lab upto 150 students capacity a temple is also in the campus college is just beside the main market

Dislikes

First of all we come to placements this college provides placement to BCA students only in a off campus mode no one company particularly visits campus for selecting students from BCA but at the same company visits campus and hires BBA and MBA student
We have to maintain a minimum attendance if 75 percentage to fill examination form if we can't maintain then college faculties marks a high amount of fine for filling examination form
For every work in the college all staff members will make you run from this counter to that counter also sometimes you may feel like a school life as you cannot stay in campus if your class is over you can't freely move anywhere in college campus

Placement Experience:

The placements of this college is not good for BCA student the college will assist you to get job in IT companies like Wipro TCS but the process is completely off campus as you have to give assessment test interview. But for MBA students got job in bank's like Bandhan Bank which was a in campus placement students were directly selected from campus also some cement companies directly hired MBA students from this college.

Quality of teachers & there knowledge is good

Junior teachers are unprofessional in behavioir
Teacher's need to be more serious on student's
Every teacher need to be more friendly with students

Placement Experience:

During last semester, Wipro, TCS, TATA, Bajaj Finance & infosys visited our college to take some young talents. If you have done programming in your 3 years constantly. It'll be okay to take around 3LPA from freshers.

Their guidance and their information provided by collage is to much late

An overview of BCA in my college

Likes

The things which I liked is the studios environment. Faculty members are quite good and the lab teaching is also appreciable.
The campus has a canteen and a temple which I liked. There's also a big pond in the centre of the college in which fishes and ducks resides.
There is greenary all over in the college which feels better and provides an eco friendly environment with peace.

Dislikes

The campus area is quite small as there is no area of sports.
There are too much rules which are quite not necessary in a college as the rules are mostly of a school level.
Some of the faculty and the management members don't behave well like they don't understand the problem of the students sometimes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

BCA is similar to btech as BCA is based on programming and software development. This was the reason I chose this course and this is what I'm interested in. In my opinion about BCA in this college is that whatever the important aspects are required to have a good knowledge is being taught in this college. I would like to see improvements in the Project and synopsis as well as some faculty members needs to be replaced as they are stuck in the primitive method of teaching. Semester exams are conducted in a period of 6 months and in between a semester a mid term exam is also held. There will be 5 semester exams and in the 6th semester, you are required to work on a project and appear in the viva examination. The difficulty level of the exams is moderate. Management in the examination process is very good.

L N Mishra college's boons and dooms

Likes

Sports facilities and campus life is very good and enjoyable
Teachers are very supportive and other non teaching staffs are also very helpful
Lab facilities are very good and gives more and more opportunities.

Dislikes

Everything is good there but some of bully and ragging issues must be solved
I don't like the daily attendance criteria as we can't focus on extra activities
Infrastructure needs to more developed there is no basketball

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm choosing this course because it have better future scope There is 70-75 students in each class room and 7-8 faculty is for each subject Faculty is well experienced in their specific field and very friendly and cooperative in nature Term exam was after 5 months and it was quite difficult to pass as its very strict and reputed

For me this college is good and my degre
I love my college campus because it is very beautiful

Dislikes

I dislike their outside of college area because it very dirty
Campus placement is average for Bacholar of compter science
I dislike their faculty because they also motivate us for comming class daily

Likes

Infrastructure is teachers are supportive.
Library and study room is good.We can study there.
Degree is completed on time. Exams are conducted on time

Dislikes

Syllabus is never complete before exams.
75% attendance is mandatory and if your attendance is less than that they will charge fine.
Campus environment is not good for good students.

Placement Experience:

5th semester students are eligible for campus placements. TCS recruit mass number of students. 70% students get placement. I will do MCA after this because then I'll have more opportunities. Currently I'm preparing for NIMCET.
