1. The term for the hostel is one academic year as per the academic calendar of the respective programme.
2. Admission to the Hostel will be made fresh in every academic session.
3. Except Caution Deposit, no other fees will be refunded.
4. Hostel and mess fees are subject to annual escalation.
5. If student leave hostel before academics session then Rs: 10000/- will be charge and caution money will not be refunded.
6. Students have to pay hostel fees in three installments:
- 1st installment: 50% of hostel fees and Caution Money (5000) at the time of admission.
- 2nd installment: 25% of hostel fees within three month.
- 3rd installment: 25% of hostel fees at the time of even semester registration.
