The University College of Science Saifabad, affiliated with Osmania University, offers several scholarships primarily funded by the government, making education affordable for students. The annual tuition fee typically ranges from Rs 15,000 to Rs 27,000, with scholarships available to cover these costs. TS EPASS provides fee reimbursement for eligible students, including those from economically weaker sections, single-parent families, and backward, scheduled tribes, and scheduled caste categories. Hostel fees range from Rs 10,000 to Rs 12,000 annually, with additional mess charges of Rs 1,500 per month, often covered by scholarships.
Students may also avail themselves of scholarships like the Inspire Scholarship, providing Rs 80,000 annually. For merit students, scholarships through the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) are accessible. There is no separate scholarship test or loan facility from the college, but education loans can be arranged through banks with college assistance. Some scholarships are specific to PhD scholars, who receive Rs 20,000 to Rs 32,000 per month. Despite recent fee increases, financial support through scholarships ensures the college remains affordable for students, particularly those from Telangana.
