Scholarships at the college are awarded based on academic excellence or financial need. Students from economically weaker sections may qualify for fee concessions or scholarships during admission. For the Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm), a four-year course, the total fees, including extra expenses, were approximately six lakhs last year without any donation fees. However, in 2023, a mandatory donation fee of three lakhs has been introduced, and the course fees have increased from 1,36,000 to 1,45,000 for the first year.

Exam fees are separate and payable each semester. Merit scholarships and loan facilities are available, along with scholarships like the MOMA and Muhammad Koya scholarships provided by the Kerala government. Students with an annual income below five lakh can apply for financial aid, although no scholarships or support are offered by the central government.
