The APC Roy Hostel offers spacious, newly built accommodations with 89 rooms, including separate facilities for men and women. Each room accommodates up to three students, with options for single rooms or dormitory-style living. The hostel provides essential amenities such as free Wi-Fi, consistent electricity with generator backup, and a steady water supply. There is a recreation room, reading room, TV room, and a canteen on-site. The hostel environment is noted for its cleanliness, with newly constructed bathrooms and toilets.

The mess serves three meals daily, with a varied menu featuring meat, fish, egg, and paneer on different days, and a monthly feast. Non-vegetarian options are available five days a week, and vegetarian meals for the remaining two. The mess fee is Rs 1600 per month, with no additional hostel fee, as it is government-run. The hostel is conveniently located near the college, making it accessible on foot. Separate hostels are available for postgraduate students.
