Acharya Prafulla Chandra College Kolkata Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

There is no campus placement. Students search for a various job after getting a degree or they pursue further study. I am now doing MSc. In Microbiology here. After the study, I think one can easily get a job or they can pursue research.

Our college provides a Campus Placement opportunity but not satisfactory (very little). Few companies visit the campus like Wipro, TCS, etc. But the intake is very low. After getting the degree we need to go for off campus drives.

The college is in the heart of the city New Barrackpore. The campus provides a fresh nature of the college life. Apart from that the faculties and facilties of the college is pretty good for the students. Firstly I have looked for the faculties and I found that the remarks of the faculties are very good. Secondly as a B.Sc. Student in Computer Science I need to know about the internship opportunity, And I found that the college is providing good opportunities. These are the main factors that I have looked for before taking admission in this college.

My institution ranks among the best colleges with best faculties and other facilities. So, availability of good faculties, good infrastructure helped me to choose this institution for my further studies.

The infrastructure of this college is so good. There are different hostels for boys and girls. This college have high capacity classes and laboratories, the laboratories are well equipped and every instrument is upgraded. This college have digital system class, and digital system board facilities available. The Canteen is good and hygiene. The library is also well. The hostels are maintained every week and all the laboratories are maintained every month.

Waiting for my medical entrances to get cleared I wasted 2 years and so had to take admission to any college that was having the botany or zoology courses and merit list had my name and the place where it is, is nearest to my relatives place other than any college I could take admission in.

College management in really good has a lot. There is no problem with the management is totally fine.

It is nearest college which has this course and I have some medical issues so I don't choose journey. And this is one of my favourite subjects from which I can get to know about human so I joined the course.

Oh here we go where do I begin, Their menagement is so bad, some times. I think that I, could do a better job then them Alone. When it's time for admission they managed the student line {which was like over several hundreds} 1 whold day took them but they still couldn't admit the students, one time in line some students were so frustrated by the management, that a fight broke out among them. So yeah, not so great.
