ESMT Berlin fees for Indian students range from EUR 28,000 (INR 26.32 Lakhs) for the Global Online MBA to EUR 64,800 (INR 60.91 Lakhs) for the Executive MBA. The full-time Master’s programmes (Master in Management, Master in Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship) are billed at EUR 36,000 (INR 33.84 Lakhs) total for the 24-month track, and the full-time MBA at EUR 50,000 (INR 47.00 Lakhs) total for the 12-month track. ESMT Berlin is a graduate-only, AACSB, AMBA, and EQUIS triple-accredited private business school; no undergraduate degrees are offered.

The September 2026 Master’s intake closes on 31 July 2026, and Round 1 of the January 2027 full-time MBA also closes that day. Given German student-visa processing runs 6 to 12 weeks for Indian nationals, a new applicant starting today should target the January 2027 MBA (Round 2 closes 15 September 2026) or the September 2027 Master’s cycle, not the September 2026 seat.

  • Master in Management, Master in Analytics and AI, Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship: EUR 36,000 (INR 33.84 Lakhs) total, 24 months
  • Full-time MBA (12 months): EUR 50,000 (INR 47.00 Lakhs) total
  • Executive MBA (part-time, 18 months): EUR 64,800 (INR 60.91 Lakhs) total
  • Global Online MBA: EUR 28,000 (INR 26.32 Lakhs) total
  • PhD in Management: Fully funded, no tuition, stipend included

A full-time MBA at ESMT Berlin runs an all-in Year 1 budget of roughly INR 65.50 Lakhs, and a two-year Master’s programme totals roughly INR 67.68 Lakhs including living costs in Berlin. All INR figures use 1 EUR = INR 94.00 (xe.com).

September 2026 Master’s and January 2027 MBA Cycle: Deadline Week

Intake: September 2026 Master’s applications close 31 July 2026; realistic path for new Indian applicants is January 2027 full-time MBA (Round 2 closes 15 September 2026, Round 3 closes 31 October 2026) or September 2027 Master’s. October 2026 Executive MBA and October 2026 Global Online MBA are also open.

Fee update: September 2026 Master’s is billed at EUR 36,000 (INR 33.84 Lakhs) for the full 24-month programme. January 2027 full-time MBA is billed at EUR 50,000 (INR 47.00 Lakhs) for the 12-month programme. ESMT MBA scholarships up to EUR 20,000 (INR 18.80 Lakhs) can bring the net MBA fee to EUR 30,000 (INR 28.20 Lakhs).

When to pay: Full-time MBA seat deposit is EUR 5,000 (INR 4.70 Lakhs) within 4 weeks of the admission offer; Executive MBA deposit is EUR 4,000 (INR 3.76 Lakhs). Full instalment structure and payment methods appear in the Tuition Deposit and Payment Options section below.

Scholarships: ESMT internal MBA and Master’s scholarships are decided along with the admission decision; no separate application. External India scholarships (Inlaks, JN Tata Endowment, KC Mahindra, Narotam Sekhsaria) all reopen in early 2027 for the September 2027 intake and are worth planning around now.

ESMT Berlin Tuition Fees for Indian Students by Programme

ESMT Berlin tuition sits between EUR 28,000 (INR 26.32 Lakhs) and EUR 64,800 (INR 60.91 Lakhs) depending on the programme. The three full-time Master’s tracks (MIM, MAAI, MIE) share an identical EUR 36,000 (INR 33.84 Lakhs) sticker price. All figures below are the total programme fee, not per-year, unless stated otherwise. Application fees are paid once with the online application and are non-refundable.

The full-time MBA is a compressed 12-month programme with three intakes worldwide; the January 2027 cohort is the one Indian applicants target now. The Executive MBA is 18 months part-time (delivered as modular blocks in Berlin and Schloss Gracht). The Global Online MBA is fully virtual with residencies.

Note: The Master’s tuition of EUR 36,000 (INR 33.84 Lakhs) is the total programme fee for 24 months, not per year. ESMT quotes the sticker on a total-programme basis, unlike UK universities that quote per year. Compare like-for-like when benchmarking against other business schools.

ESMT Berlin Fee Trend by Year

ESMT Berlin has held the full-time Master’s sticker at EUR 36,000 (INR 33.84 Lakhs) for the current admissions cycle. The full-time MBA is billed at EUR 50,000 (INR 47.00 Lakhs) and the Executive MBA at EUR 64,800 (INR 60.91 Lakhs) for cohorts entering in the current cycle. ESMT does not publish an archived per-year fee schedule on the public site; the fee that applies is the fee in force when the intake begins.

Key Insight: Applying in the current cycle locks the EUR 36,000 (INR 33.84 Lakhs) Master’s rate or EUR 50,000 (INR 47.00 Lakhs) MBA rate for the entire programme. ESMT does not raise tuition mid-programme once a cohort is admitted, so early admission to the January 2027 MBA or September 2027 Master’s protects you against any 2027-cycle revision.

Cost of Living in Berlin for ESMT Berlin Students from India

Berlin’s cost of living for a full-time student runs roughly EUR 1,200 to EUR 1,500 per month (INR 1.13 to INR 1.41 Lakhs), well below Munich, Frankfurt, or London. Rent is the single largest line and the hardest to control; a room in a Wohngemeinschaft (shared flat) near ESMT’s Schlossplatz campus in Berlin-Mitte typically runs EUR 650 to EUR 900 per month.

Note: Germany requires a blocked account (Sperrkonto) of EUR 11,904 (INR 11.19 Lakhs) for 2026 as proof of funds for the student visa. The money is yours and is released to you at EUR 992 per month once you arrive, so it directly funds the living-cost budget above. Do not double-count blocked-account funds as an additional expense.

The blocked account requirement is the biggest single upfront cash outlay for a German student visa. Most Indian applicants use Fintiba, Expatrio, or Coracle to open it online in 3 to 5 working days; each charges a one-time setup fee of EUR 89 to EUR 150 (INR 8,366 to INR 14,100). Once the blocked-account confirmation is issued, the German consulate can process the visa file.

Currency Tip: Fund the blocked account through a forex broker offering wholesale rates (BookMyForex, Wise, Niyo Global) rather than a retail bank counter, which saves roughly 2 percent, about INR 22,000 on the EUR 11,904 transfer. For tuition instalments to ESMT, lock the EUR-INR rate through your bank’s forward contract at the start of the intake so the January 2027 MBA fee stays fixed at INR 47.00 Lakhs regardless of currency movement.

Total Cost of Studying at ESMT Berlin for Indian Students

The all-in cost for the full-time MBA (12 months) is roughly INR 65.50 Lakhs including tuition, living, insurance, and visa. A two-year Master’s programme totals roughly INR 67.68 Lakhs. Executive MBA runs INR 60.91 Lakhs on tuition alone, plus modular travel and accommodation to Berlin from wherever you are based.

Living cost is calculated at EUR 1,500 per month for 12 months (MBA and MIE living); Master’s is 24 months. Visa and insurance line covers EUR 75 student visa, EUR 100 residence permit, EUR 130 per month public health insurance for the programme duration, and forex service fees. Executive MBA modular travel not standardised; budget INR 4 to 8 Lakhs across the 18 months if flying from India.

Financing a full-time MBA at INR 65.56 Lakhs on an education loan at 10.5 percent over 10 years works out to an EMI of approximately INR 88,000 per month. A two-year Master’s total of INR 70.83 Lakhs at the same terms carries an EMI of roughly INR 95,000 per month. Both are serviceable on realistic post-ESMT starting salaries in Europe of EUR 60,000 to EUR 85,000 (INR 56.40 Lakhs to INR 79.90 Lakhs) per year.

Key Insight: An ESMT MBA Scholarship of EUR 20,000 (INR 18.80 Lakhs), awarded to about 30 percent of admitted students in each January MBA cohort, cuts your effective MBA total to INR 46.76 Lakhs, an EMI of approximately INR 63,000 per month. Apply early in the January 2027 cycle (Round 2 by 15 September 2026) because scholarship allocation is round-by-round; later rounds see a smaller remaining pool.

External India Scholarships for ESMT Berlin

All the major India-side private trusts fund Master’s and MBA study abroad. Their cycles run annually in the January to April window and are the right lever to plan around now for the September 2027 Master’s or later MBA cohorts. All amounts are per-student annual awards.

Tip for Indian Students: For the January 2027 full-time MBA, ESMT’s internal scholarship is your only realistic tuition offset (India trusts do not fund a mid-year January intake). Apply in Round 2 by 15 September 2026 to maximise your chance at the EUR 20,000 (INR 18.80 Lakhs) MBA scholarship. For the September 2027 Master’s intake, prepare both ESMT and India-side applications in parallel: Inlaks and JN Tata alone can stack to INR 20+ Lakhs on top of an ESMT merit award.

ESMT Berlin Tuition Deposit and Payment Options

The seat deposit for the full-time MBA is EUR 5,000 (INR 4.70 Lakhs), payable within 4 weeks of the admission offer. The Master’s programmes require a EUR 4,000 (INR 3.76 Lakhs) deposit within 4 weeks of admission, and the Executive MBA also requires EUR 4,000 (INR 3.76 Lakhs). The deposit is non-refundable, secures your seat and CAS-equivalent admission letter needed for the German student visa file, and is credited against the first tuition instalment.

Methods of Payment for ESMT Berlin International Students

  • SEPA bank transfer or SWIFT wire from an Indian bank to ESMT’s Berlin account (bank details in the admission offer letter).
  • Flywire, ESMT’s designated international payment provider; supports INR at wholesale exchange rates and issues confirmation to both you and ESMT.
  • Forex card loaded in EUR from an Indian bank or forex broker for smaller amounts (deposits, application fees).
  • Direct disbursement from an Indian education loan lender to ESMT via Flywire or SWIFT; HDFC Credila, Avanse, Auxilo, and Prodigy Finance all disburse directly.

Using Flywire or a forex broker at wholesale rates saves roughly 2 to 3 percent versus a raw counter wire, which on a EUR 50,000 (INR 47.00 Lakhs) MBA tuition works out to INR 94,000 to INR 1.41 Lakhs in your pocket over the programme.

Steps to Pay the Tuition Fee for International Students

  1. Accept the ESMT admission offer through the applicant portal within the stated response window.
  2. Pay the seat deposit (EUR 5,000 MBA or EUR 4,000 Master’s / EMBA) via bank transfer or Flywire within 4 weeks of acceptance.
  3. Receive the official ESMT admission letter and enrolment confirmation, the document required for the German National D-Visa application at VFS Global.
  4. Open a blocked account (Fintiba, Expatrio, or Coracle) and deposit EUR 11,904 (INR 11.19 Lakhs) as visa proof of funds.
  5. Pay the balance tuition in instalments per the schedule in your offer letter (typically two or three instalments across the programme).
  6. Retain every payment receipt and bank confirmation; these are required for visa renewal and residence permit registration at the Ausländerbehörde in Berlin.

Source: esmt.berlin admissions and fees pages for each degree track, verified 28 July 2026.

Tip for Indian Students: Initiate the SWIFT transfer or Flywire payment at least 7 working days before the deposit deadline. Indian bank RBI-approval routing for outward remittances above USD 25,000 can take 3 to 5 working days, and delayed deposit means a delayed enrolment letter, which cascades into a delayed visa slot. For the January 2027 MBA, aim to have deposits cleared by end November 2026 to give the visa file 8 clear weeks before intake.

Hidden Costs of Studying at ESMT Berlin

Beyond tuition and standard living costs, budget INR 3.50 to INR 4.50 Lakhs for first-year hidden costs tied to the German visa, arrival, and setup process. These are not optional and are not covered by any scholarship.

  • Blocked account setup fee (Fintiba, Expatrio, Coracle): EUR 89 to EUR 150 (INR 8,366 to INR 14,100), one-time.
  • German National D-Visa application fee: EUR 75 (INR 7,050), paid at VFS Global; biometrics at the German consulate in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, or Kolkata.
  • Residence permit registration in Berlin after arrival: EUR 100 (INR 9,400) at the Ausländerbehörde.
  • Health insurance activation and first two months upfront: EUR 260 (INR 24,440), most public insurers require two-month buffer.
  • Anmeldung (city registration) at Bürgeramt: free, but requires a rental contract; expect INR 8,000 to INR 15,000 in translation and notary fees for supporting documents.
  • Initial deposit (Kaution) on a rental flat: 2 to 3 months’ rent, EUR 1,500 to EUR 2,700 (INR 1.41 to INR 2.54 Lakhs), refundable at lease end.
  • One-way flight from India to Berlin: EUR 500 to EUR 800 (INR 47,000 to INR 75,200), higher in August-September.
  • Winter clothing and household setup: INR 40,000 to INR 60,000; Berlin winters hit minus 5 Celsius and Indian wardrobes rarely suffice.
  • IELTS or TOEFL retake, if needed: INR 17,000 (IELTS) or USD 245 (INR 20,580) TOEFL iBT.

All-in, budget approximately INR 3.50 to INR 4.50 Lakhs for first-year hidden costs in addition to tuition and monthly living expenses. These are the costs that catch families off-guard when they have only budgeted for the sticker fee and a monthly living estimate.

Note: The rental Kaution of EUR 1,500 to EUR 2,700 (INR 1.41 to INR 2.54 Lakhs) is the hidden cost families forget most often. It is refundable but blocks your cash for the full duration of the lease, so you effectively need this amount as a separate liquidity buffer on top of the blocked-account balance. Plan to arrive in Berlin with at least EUR 3,500 (INR 3.29 Lakhs) accessible beyond your blocked-account funds.

Fee Saving Strategies for ESMT Berlin Indian Students

For the January 2027 full-time MBA, the highest-value lever is applying to Round 2 (closes 15 September 2026) to capture the largest available slice of the ESMT MBA Scholarship pool. A EUR 20,000 (INR 18.80 Lakhs) scholarship reduces your effective tuition from INR 47.00 Lakhs to INR 28.20 Lakhs, a 40 percent cut.

  • Round 2 MBA application: Applying by 15 September 2026 rather than a later round expands the scholarship pool you are competing for. Rounds 3 and 4 draw from a smaller residual.
  • Section 80E deduction: Indian education loans for foreign study qualify for full interest deduction under Section 80E of the Income Tax Act, with no upper cap, for the first 8 assessment years of repayment. On a INR 47 Lakhs MBA loan, this saves INR 1.20 to INR 1.50 Lakhs per year in tax during the deduction window.
  • House-share in Wedding, Neukölln, or Kreuzberg: Rent runs EUR 550 to EUR 700 (INR 51,700 to INR 65,800) instead of EUR 900+ in Mitte, saving INR 2.50 to INR 4.00 Lakhs over an MBA year. ESMT’s Schlossplatz campus is a 20-minute U-Bahn ride from all three neighbourhoods.
  • Werkstudent (part-time student) work: German student visa allows 140 full days or 280 half days per year of paid work. Werkstudent roles at Berlin startups pay EUR 15 to EUR 22 per hour (INR 1,410 to INR 2,068), which can offset EUR 400 to EUR 600 (INR 37,600 to INR 56,400) of monthly living costs.
  • 18-month post-study job-search visa: After graduation, Germany grants an 18-month residence permit to look for graduate-level work. Staying in Germany to earn EUR 60,000 to EUR 85,000 (INR 56.40 to INR 79.90 Lakhs) as a starting salary makes loan repayment materially easier than returning to India first.
  • Stack ESMT internal + India external scholarships: ESMT does not clawback tuition against external awards. An INR 10 to INR 20 Lakhs Inlaks or JN Tata grant stacks on top of any ESMT merit scholarship, so pursuing both cycles is worth the effort for September 2027 Master’s applicants.

Tip for Indian Students: The single highest-value action for this cycle is submitting a strong January 2027 MBA application in Round 2 by 15 September 2026, not Round 3 or Round 4. The scholarship allocation gap between Round 2 and Round 4 typically works out to EUR 5,000 to EUR 10,000 (INR 4.70 to INR 9.40 Lakhs) of expected value, which more than justifies front-loading essays and GMAT prep now.

Is ESMT Berlin Worth the Cost for Indian Students

An ESMT Berlin full-time MBA at an all-in INR 65.56 Lakhs is worth it for the Indian applicant targeting a European management or consulting role: median MBA salary at exit sits around EUR 85,000 (INR 79.90 Lakhs) per year, with 90+ percent placement inside 3 months of graduation according to ESMT’s own MBA employment report. The 18-month post-study job-search visa in Germany makes converting the degree into a European salary materially more achievable than in the UK or US.

ESMT holds AACSB, AMBA, and EQUIS triple accreditation, one of about 100 business schools worldwide with all three. The Financial Times Global MBA Ranking places ESMT among the top 15 European MBA programmes, with particular strength in salary uplift for pre-MBA earners from emerging markets, a metric where Indian students consistently score above cohort average.

The EMI math is where the decision either lands or breaks. On a INR 47.00 Lakhs tuition loan (post-scholarship scenario) at 10.5 percent over 10 years, EMI works out to roughly INR 63,000 per month. Against a Berlin starting salary of EUR 6,500 per month (INR 6.11 Lakhs monthly) with take-home of roughly EUR 3,900 (INR 3.67 Lakhs) after German tax and social contributions, the EMI absorbs about 17 percent of net pay. That is a serviceable ratio; loan payoff in 4 to 5 years with modest salary progression is realistic.

The verdict is favourable for candidates with clear intent to work in Europe post-MBA, and neutral for candidates planning an immediate return to India, where MBA salary uplift is smaller relative to the loan size. Master’s candidates (MIM, MAAI, MIE) see a similar calculus at a lower absolute cost of INR 33.84 Lakhs tuition; the 24-month duration gives more time to secure a Werkstudent role and a Berlin network before graduation.

Key Insight: The number that makes the January 2027 MBA a sound financial decision is the net cost after a EUR 20,000 (INR 18.80 Lakhs) ESMT scholarship: an all-in INR 46.76 Lakhs, payable back in 4 to 5 years on a Berlin salary. For the September 2027 Master’s intake, stacking an ESMT merit award with an Inlaks or JN Tata grant can bring net tuition below INR 15 Lakhs, which is competitive with a good Indian Master’s.

Budget INR 65.56 Lakhs all-in for the ESMT Berlin full-time MBA or INR 70.83 Lakhs for a 24-month Master’s, then subtract EUR 20,000 (INR 18.80 Lakhs) for a strong ESMT scholarship shot and up to INR 20 Lakhs more for stacked India-side awards on the September 2027 Master’s cycle. On an education loan, expect an EMI of INR 63,000 to INR 95,000 per month at 10.5 percent for 10 years, comfortably serviceable on Berlin graduate salaries of EUR 60,000 to EUR 85,000 (INR 56.40 to INR 79.90 Lakhs). The one action that matters this cycle is submitting a Round 2 January 2027 MBA application by 15 September 2026 or beginning the September 2027 Master’s application file now.

Ans. You need to deposit EUR 11,904 (INR 11.19 Lakhs) for 2026 in a German blocked account (Sperrkonto) through Fintiba, Expatrio, or Coracle as proof of funds for the student visa. The money is released to you at EUR 992 per month once you arrive in Berlin, so it directly funds living costs. The visa application fee itself is EUR 75 (INR 7,050) plus VFS service fees, and the Berlin residence permit costs EUR 100 (INR 9,400) after arrival.

Ques. What is the total cost of an MBA at ESMT Berlin including living expenses?

Ans. Total all-in cost of the 12-month full-time MBA at ESMT Berlin is approximately INR 65.56 Lakhs: INR 47.00 Lakhs tuition, INR 16.96 Lakhs living (EUR 1,500 per month for 12 months in Berlin), and INR 1.60 Lakhs for visa, health insurance, and mandatory fees. An ESMT MBA scholarship of EUR 20,000 (INR 18.80 Lakhs) brings the all-in to approximately INR 46.76 Lakhs.

Ques. Can Indian students work part-time while studying at ESMT Berlin?

Ans. Yes. The German student visa allows 140 full days or 280 half days of paid work per year. Werkstudent roles at Berlin companies and startups typically pay EUR 15 to EUR 22 per hour (INR 1,410 to INR 2,068), which can offset EUR 400 to EUR 600 (INR 37,600 to INR 56,400) of monthly living costs. ESMT’s Career Services team helps international students identify Werkstudent opportunities in Berlin.

Ques. Does ESMT Berlin accept education loans from Indian banks?

Ans. Yes. ESMT Berlin accepts direct fee disbursements from Indian education loan lenders including HDFC Credila, Avanse, Auxilo, ICICI Bank, State Bank of India, and international lenders such as Prodigy Finance and MPOWER Financing. Payments are routed via SWIFT or Flywire directly to ESMT’s Berlin account. The full-time MBA cost of INR 47.00 Lakhs financed over 10 years at 10.5 percent carries an EMI of approximately INR 63,000 per month.

Ques. What are the intake deadlines for ESMT Berlin Master’s and MBA programmes?

Ans. The September 2026 Master’s intake (MIM, MAAI, MIE) closes 31 July 2026. The January 2027 full-time MBA has four rounds: 31 July 2026, 15 September 2026, 31 October 2026, and 8 December 2026. The October 2026 Executive MBA and October 2026 Global Online MBA are also open. New Indian applicants targeting a German visa should aim for January 2027 MBA Round 2 (15 September 2026) or September 2027 Master’s.

Ques. Are hidden costs like health insurance and rental deposits included in the ESMT fees?

Ans. No. ESMT tuition covers only academic fees. You should additionally budget INR 3.50 to INR 4.50 Lakhs for first-year hidden costs: blocked account setup (EUR 89 to EUR 150, INR 8,366 to INR 14,100), student visa (EUR 75, INR 7,050), residence permit (EUR 100, INR 9,400), monthly public health insurance (EUR 130, INR 12,220), and rental Kaution of EUR 1,500 to EUR 2,700 (INR 1.41 to INR 2.54 Lakhs) which is refundable at lease end.

Ques. Is an ESMT Berlin MBA worth the cost for an Indian student?

Ans. For candidates targeting a European career, yes. Median MBA salary at ESMT exit is approximately EUR 85,000 (INR 79.90 Lakhs) per year with 90+ percent placement within 3 months of graduation. The 18-month post-study job-search visa in Germany makes converting the degree into a European role realistic. On a INR 47.00 Lakhs loan post-scholarship, EMI absorbs roughly 17 percent of Berlin net pay, and full loan payoff in 4 to 5 years is achievable with modest salary progression.

  • Since I studied at NIT Warangal, the difficulty level I felt was very easy. However, the curriculum was nice. It was a mix of group discussions and projects, individual assignments, exams and some class short tests.
  • Positive: Very nice course structures. Your grade was not dependent on 1 exam alone
  • Negative: In some ways it is quite rigid, as you can't pick and choose multiple courses like in the US
  • Total number of students in my batch: 120 . Total number of indian students: 14

Fees

  • 27,500 Euros for the entire program. I had to pay half in the first year and the second half at the beginning of the second year of studies. I did not have to pay hostel or other charges, as I had to look for housing on my own.
  • Monthly expenses: 850 euros
    • Rent: 350 euros
    • Insurance: 150 euros
    • Transport: 60 euros
    • Groceries: 160 euros
    • Gym and others: 50 euros
    • Miscellaneous: 130 euros

Course Curriculum

  • The curriculum was moderately hard in general. It was mix of theory and practical case studies. Positive Aspects:
  • Diverse Student Body: The international student population enriched the learning experience with diverse perspectives and cultures.
  • Expert Faculty: The professors were highly knowledgeable and passionate, providing valuable guidance and insights.
  • Industry Connections: The strong industry partnerships facilitated internships and job opportunities.
  • Negative Aspects:
  • Demanding Course Load: The rigorous coursework often required long hours and limited free time.
  • Intense Competition: The competitive nature of the program could be stressful at times.
  • The classes are usually from 9:00 to 17:00, usually 2 lectures. Average students in one class are 60. 10 indians were a part of my batch.

Fees

  • 25000 euros to be paid in 4 installments semester-wise, with 4000 euros as the cost to reserve your place. You can get reduced fees through early bird scholarships and merit-based scholarships. Monthly expenses were around 700 euros—450 euros rent, 100 euros groceries, 40 euros insurance (private), 80 euros public transport, and 30 euros miscellaneous costs.

  • The course curriculum was detailed and personally, I didn’t find it difficult. It was a mix of both and that’s the main reason I chose the program. It has simulations and case studies that keep you engaged.
  • Positive-engaging, real-life applications, more based on reality and not theory.
  • Negative—sometimes repetitive—the first semester is nothing new for a business major in bachelors.
  • Around 150 students for all three masters programs.
  • Around 15-17 Indians were there.

Fees

  • To officially confirm my enrolment and reserve my place in the class, a first deposit of €4,000 had to be paid no later than four weeks after receiving your acceptance offer.
  • This deposit will be deducted from future tuition payments. The remaining tuition fees were to be paid in two equal installments, at the beginning (September) and after the first year of the program. ESMT does not have a hostel.
  • Its yearly. At the beginning of each year in September, we need to pay the fee.
  • The rent and other expenses can vary very quickly. I was staying in a student accommodation so I paid 500 per month in rent and then of course 49 euros for the DEUTSCHLAND ticket and other regular expenses are groceries and insurance. Insurance is around 130 euros if you go with aTechniker krankenkasse.

The curriculum is regularly updated based on the requirements of industry. There is a mandatory internship included in the course which gives a practical hands on experience. There also a social impact project which is done in the final year of the program. This can be done with an NGO or a company.
