Established in 2006, Karlruhe School of Optics & Photonics was founded to provide world class education in the field of optics and photonics to the students from across the globe. Currently the institute has 16 professors in Physics, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Chemistry and Biosciences, as well as Mechanical Engineering.

If you can perform well and maintain your place in the top 10% then you can avail the scholarship program offered at the institute.
The scholarship amount is 400€ per month. At the end of the first year if you perform extremely well then the same can be extended for the second year also.
